Phoenix, our shy and cautious boy, was accepting belly rubs by the end of the week. When our return trip was delayed overnight, Haley replied right back to my 9pm text and made an extra visit the next morning, even bringing packages inside. We will 100% rebook with her. Thank you!”

“*PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ* If this is the first time you are having Terri (or Rover) watch your fur baby (babies) then let me share my experience… I was a nervous to have a stranger in my house, much less trust her with two of my “kids”, so I read previous reviews, met her before our trip, and felt pretty good. Now that I am back every one is safe and sound I will definitely have her watch my pets again! We had daily updates, informed us of how they were doing, and even took a couple of extra steps that we didn’t ask for! . I highly recommend Terri, look at the other reviews, and take my word she is loving, kind, trustworthy, and thoughtful!”

I even called her and asked her to run by the apartment in the middle of the day (when an appointment was NOT scheduled for Onyx) to send me pictures of my sister's puppy's immunization records while we were on our trip.
