“Wendy was super awesome to accept my last minute booking for my baby's evening care. I have never left my Squiggle with a pro-sitter, so I was apprehensive about the experience - but I had to try it out, knowing I would probably need sitting services in the future. Wendy was on time picking up my little guy, and even went above and beyond when she went by the pet store to pick up Squiggy's fave brand of food at my request. Thanks, Wendy. She was responsive, quickly answering when I messaged to check on my baby. She even sent me pictures, and although he looked miserable BC he missed me (we are VERY attached), I was comfortable knowing he was well cared for while with Wendy. I had appointments until later that night and Wendy was very accommodating and dropped him off right when I asked, and she gave me a full update via Rover - right down to how many times Squiggy made poo. That is some serious awesome. And although very excited to see me and be home, Squiggy wasn't traumatized I left him with a stranger. Now that he has met Wendy, I wont hesitate to book her again, should we need her. Squiggy made a new friend, and I am now totally cool with Wendy watch my little guy again.”

I've cared for dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities, including fostering and rescuing dogs from neglectful situations. Whether caring for playful puppies, active adults, or senior dogs, I provide a safe, loving, and dependable environment that gives pet owners peace of mind. Im currently unemployed and have a great support system (friends and spouse who LOVE dogs.) Not tied to many commitments, leaving me free to be present & dog sit day/night. The only times im gone are to do errands. Which isnt more than 2 hrs at a time. Available Mon-Sun for nights and days :). Your pets safety and quality of care is very important to me. Just to describe some of the perks of boarding with me. I have a large yard thats fenced in. A spare bedroom that theyll sleep in/ or be crated in. Very spacious home they can roam freely. Theyre allowed on furniture. Can socialize with my two loving sweet dogs that are trained. Including a safe neighborhood for walks. If pet parent is not comfortable with their pup being around my pets. Ill ensure they remain seperated, as i have the ability to do so with dog gates in the home, if need be. I also have cameras to always keep an eye out (although physically id be present).

She was very good at providing care suited to their inidividual temperaments-- my Tate is an independent explorer, and she allowed him to do his thing, while my little Bea is more timid, so she gave her a quieter space where she could relax while she was getting used to the other dogs before she warmed up and was ready to interact. Megan kept me updated with photos and videos so I knew my pups were well cared for and enjoying themselves. I would highly recommend Megan!”

About: Hi! My name is Marsha. I have never owned a pet, but many have owned me. Each has a story and each stole a piece of my heart. I currently have a retriever (Gracie) that the grandchildren found in my backyard. She is the hostess with the mostest when it comes to other fur babies. I also have a cat (Jill) who was a part of a set found by my husband at a dumpster. I recently fostered a German Shephard (Smoki), but fell in love and added her to our family. I have some time on my hands and would like to fill that time with something I enjoy. I love puppies, energetic tweens and elders with love left to give. “Sara has been sitting my puppy since she was only 10 weeks old in her home. I literally don’t know how I could raise this puppy without her. I’m a nurse and work long hours and when I pick up Lacey from Sara she is fed, tired, and sometimes even bathed! I couldn’t ask for a more perfect fit for my pup than Sara and her family they are incredible and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend, your pup will be in great hands.”

About: I have been caring for animals since I was 13 years old. I owned a Boston Terrier that was full of life and I now own a Golden Retriever with even more energy! My neighbors growing up knew me as the dog lover so I would be the to call when family or friends/neighbors were out of town whether it was boarding, dropping in during the day, or just taking their dog to release some energy while they were busy. I can be trusted up to walk, feed, and play with your four-legged child as if it were my own! I am currently working from home Monday through Friday. I work a flexible schedule that gives me plenty of time for play, potty, feeding, and walking. I have worked with animals that are both crate trained and not crate trained (my current baby is crate trained but my couch and bed are always open to them). My backyard is fenced with artificial turf. It is not super large but I live right next to a fenced in dog park that is perfect for socializing and energy release (literally 12 steps from my driveway). I am comfortable (if you are) with pets on my couch and/or bed. Or I am comfortable getting your pup inside of a crate as necessary.

About: I'm the proud mama to 3 mutts: Bull/Terrier Mix, Kodak, & two Basset/Lab Mixes, Nikon & Fuji. I have always been a dog lover & have fully enjoyed dog-sitting & dog-walking for friends & family back in OKC, my hometown, & I can't wait to get to do the same for your fur-member here in JAX! I also work at a dog park bar & have gone through dog behavior training & walking. I work full time from home M-Fri, but I can be flexible and am usually available on the weekends. I also take care of my motley crew of 3 pups on the daily. At my own home, I have a fenced-in yard and our dogs to either keep your pup company or have multiple crates to separate them if necessary. I'm happy to check in or dog sit at clients' homes too.

About: I’ve always lived with many cats and dogs my whole life. I’ve had a variety of pets of all ages including rabbits, snakes, bearded dragons, hamsters. I’ve also fostered many kittens and puppies and I currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats, the majority rescues. I’m a huge animal lover! I am mostly a stay at home mom with 4 pets. We take the dogs on daily walks and sometimes to the park. We are always spending time outdoors in our spacious back yard with our dogs running around and cats climbing trees and roofs and such! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats both very friendly if spending time together! I also have a fenced in yard with a garden. I have a separate indoor petroom stocked with a couple crates (if needed for my big dog), enclosed cat litter boxes, a large cat climbing tree, plenty of pet food and treats, many water bowls and toys for all! And a very family friendly neighborhood for walks and a spacious (not fenced) park as well.

About: I grew up in a country area, we had a lot of animals growing up. We had to take care of chickens, bunnies, roosters, horses, cows, guinea pigs and dogs. I think I have a strong base to take care of a pet appropriately. Plus we are a military family l, most likely you will find us on base! Currently I am employed full time in a working from home environment, at times I can be called in to deploy out of state but I will let you know in advance! Mostly I am available during weekdays in the morning before 8am and in the afternoon after 4:30pm. I can also be available on Saturdays with prior notification/plan. We have a fenced yard, lots of green areas,trails that we can walk to, a dog park and well lit areas. For me this is as serious and delicate as taking care of a child, I will ask owners if treats are allowed or anything that is allowed/not allowed.
