About: I am currently on a pre veterinarian track at Jacksonville University. I have always loved working with animals from the zoo to vet clinics to my own animals. I have always loved to spend time with animals which is why I have decided to sign up for rover. I would love to express my passion and help others have complete comfort when leaving their furry friend. I want my clients to know they’re with someone who is passionate & experienced with all that is needed for their pets care. At home I have 3 dogs, 4 cats, 2 bunnies, and 2 guinea pigs! About: I have experience taking care of dogs my whole life, as I have always had a dog in my home. I have trained, walked, and raised dogs of all ages, from being a puppy all the way up to senior dogs. In addition to my own dogs, I have experience taking care of friend's dogs, from just taking them on walks to overnight care. I have a full-time job in medtech that takes up my time during the week, but am available and flexible for weekends. Over the weekend, I am available for drop-ins as well as overnight care. I am able to commute to houses to take care of animals in-home and walk them as needed. Being in-home I am aware and cautious to being in their safe space, making sure I am respectful of their boundaries as well as creating playful interactions with them.

About: Petcare is not just a job but a privilege for me. I will treat your fur babies as my own! I have loved animals all my life, have had many of my own over the years, and have been actively pet sitting for friends and clients across Jax for the past four years. I've watched pets with special dietary restrictions and have experience administering medicine/supplements to them. I've cared for both senior animals and young puppies. I'm active and can take dogs on extended walks and am happy to even take them on my favorite hiking trails around Jax if they're up for it. I'm retired so I have a very flexible schedule to give your pets plenty of attention, bathroom breaks, walks, or whatever else they need. I make sure to closely follow each owner's care instructions and try to keep your pet's regular routine to make them as comfortable as possible in your absence. I'm also happy to accommodate any idiosyncrasies or peculiar needs they may have (I have held umbrellas for dogs sensitive to the sun but love their time outside). I will treat your home with the utmost respect and am happy to water plants, take out trash, or do any other tasks that would be helpful while you're away. I create a safe, calm, and loving environment by supervising all pets closely, keeping spaces clean and secure, and following each owner’s care instructions to make sure every pet feels comfortable and protected.

About: What started as a favor for a couple friends… turned into an opportunity. I’ve been dog sitting and house sitting for two friends of mine for 5+ years. The duration of the stay would vary between 2 days and 3 weeks. One household was 2 floors with 3 bedrooms that had 3 large huskies to take care of. The second household was also 2 floors with 3 bedrooms that had 1 large dog and 1 small dog to take care of. I’m skilled in administering medication without any issues. I’m originally from Indiana and living in Florida until I decide to move down here! That means I am free whenever to help families and people with their homes and pets! I am more than happy to be welcomed into your space and take care of whatever needs you may have. I have a huge suv perfect for at least 3 pups to climb into for an adventure.

About: We’ve owned many dogs before. We travel frequently for longer periods of time so we can’t have another of our own in this season. We still want to fill the time we are home with a dog in the house and be able to help out families. I work from home and my husband is a teacher so he is home mid afternoon and each evening. We are in and out during the weekends. We live very close to a dog park if that is something your dog is interested in and love going on walks around the neighborhood. We love spending time outside in the backyard or cuddled on the couch. We also have plenty of space if your dog prefers to be in a crate or on its own.

“We’ve used Taylor multiple times for our pet family. Our animals are everything to us and we trust Taylor completely. My older dog gets really down when we leave and Taylor always sends us updates on her and tries her best to make her feel comfortable. She also makes sure she gets her medication + is fed separately from our other dog. All in all, we have a little bit of a high maintenance household and Taylor keeps them safe every time 💗”
