She met me at the hospital to get my keys and took such good care of my babies, sending me pictures and updates that gave me so much peace of mind. But what she did beyond that completely shocked me. I came home to a clean apartment. She took out all my trash, cleaned my kitchen, washed dishes, bought bowls for my cats, left cleaning supplies and even flowers on the counter. About: I have had a dog ever since I was born, from my Maltese, to my Golden doodle. I’d take them on walks, feed them, and make sure they had a good day! I do love every animal (I have 7 reptiles) but dogs have the best personalities. I even volunteer at the Jacksonville Humane society to take dogs out for a day. I’m going to school to become a vet, so I need hands on experience and watching your dog/s will help me in the future. I get to have fun by watching dogs while gaining experience. My dream! I’m going to school to become a vet and right now going for my bachelors. Most days I have classes until 2-3pm, but Fridays off. I have plenty of time up until August 17, when my classes start. At my clients home, I never take my eye of the dog. If anything were to happen I’d know right away. I care for the dog, so I’d run, play, walk the dog until the dog has enough and I can tell they are done. I’ll rest with the dog and make sure they are feed and have enough water. In the end, I’ll treat the dog like it is my own.

“Wendy was super awesome to accept my last minute booking for my baby's evening care. I have never left my Squiggle with a pro-sitter, so I was apprehensive about the experience - but I had to try it out, knowing I would probably need sitting services in the future. Wendy was on time picking up my little guy, and even went above and beyond when she went by the pet store to pick up Squiggy's fave brand of food at my request. Thanks, Wendy. She was responsive, quickly answering when I messaged to check on my baby. She even sent me pictures, and although he looked miserable BC he missed me (we are VERY attached), I was comfortable knowing he was well cared for while with Wendy. I had appointments until later that night and Wendy was very accommodating and dropped him off right when I asked, and she gave me a full update via Rover - right down to how many times Squiggy made poo. That is some serious awesome. And although very excited to see me and be home, Squiggy wasn't traumatized I left him with a stranger. About: I have had the joy of having dogs and cats as my companions my entire life! Including 2 painted turtles and fish. I've always had a love for animals and nature. I give my own dog medication for her allergies and can do the same for your own. I never leave outdoor play unattended as I do have a pool. About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats and even horses since childhood. Friends, family and neighbors have entrusted me with their fur babies, a privilege which I take very seriously. I enjoy spending time with all animals, whether that be playing, walking, bathing, feeding, or afternoon napping. I work full time Monday through Friday, and have the option to work from home on a weekday if needed. I am available for boarding Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and for all other services Monday through Friday after 5:00pm and all day Saturday and Sunday. I live in a house in a safe, small neighborhood with sidewalks and have a large backyard. I can easily crate if needed and provide the care and services accordingly based on each clients’ requests.

About: I have always grown up in household full of dogs and have loved every minute of it. At age 12, I started pet sitting around my neighborhood. I've watched and walked dogs for family, friends, and neighbors. I have cared for pups ranging from 4 weeks old to 15 years old therefore, I have pretty much seen it all when it comes to caring for dogs and am open to administering medication, walking pups who may be behind on their leash training, fearfully aggressive dogs, and pups who are not fully potty trained. I am usually flexible in the early mornings because I get up early for yoga and have spare time in between my commute to work. Daphne, is just under a year old and is a total wild child, but our baby! Cleatus, our five year old hound dog, is a self diagnosed "mama's boy", who has a deep rooted passion for carrying his stuffed animals around in his mouth. About: I have been caring for animals since I was 13 years old. I owned a Boston Terrier that was full of life and I now own a Golden Retriever with even more energy! My neighbors growing up knew me as the dog lover so I would be the to call when family or friends/neighbors were out of town whether it was boarding, dropping in during the day, or just taking their dog to release some energy while they were busy. I can be trusted up to walk, feed, and play with your four-legged child as if it were my own! I am currently working from home Monday through Friday. I work a flexible schedule that gives me plenty of time for play, potty, feeding, and walking. I have worked with animals that are both crate trained and not crate trained (my current baby is crate trained but my couch and bed are always open to them). My backyard is fenced with artificial turf. It is not super large but I live right next to a fenced in dog park that is perfect for socializing and energy release (literally 12 steps from my driveway). I am comfortable (if you are) with pets on my couch and/or bed. Or I am comfortable getting your pup inside of a crate as necessary.
