About: Hi! My name is Ariana. I have worked with animals for over 15 years and have owned animals all my life. My favorite animals are cats, but I love to hang out with dogs as well. I have owned and am knowledgable with Jack Russell Terriers, Beagles, and Labrador Retrievers. I previously worked at a few pet stores as a Pet Care Associate as well as a Veterinary Assistant and a Dog Bather for a few years. From these previous jobs, I have learned many things about different types of pets and their behaviors. I have a full time job outside of Rover that is an 8-5. I also have an Associate’s degree in General studies, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, and I am pursuing a medical coding degree so that I am able to work from home and have more time pet sitting! In the meantime, I would love to spend more time taking care of animals while continuing my education and Rover allows me to do just that. Can't wait to love and care for all of your fur babies! I try to be as flexible with pet parents as I possibly can when it comes to scheduling any services. I will work with anyone’s schedule to provide the best care! From the time that I wake up to the time that I go to sleep I am taking care of animals. I currently have one cat named Kiki. When I care for animals, I care for them like the loving creatures that they are. Taking care of an animal is like taking care of a dear friend. When I worked at different pet stores I lived and breathed caring for animals and put thought into each and every animals’ care. About: I’ve been an animal lover since I was a kid, so much so that I made a career out of it working at the zoo! I’ve dog and cat sat for multiple people, I have extensive animal care experience, and I’ve worked at humane societies throughout high school and college! I am currently a mammal care specialist at the Jacksonville Zoo and Botanical Gardens, and I have a cat of my own. I’ve always grown up with pets and love to care for all animals. I have a cat of my own that I take care of. I’m available on weeknights and weekends, even just for walks so pets don’t stay lonely for too long! My typical work schedule 7AM-5:30PM Thurs-Sat and 7AM-1PM on Sun/Mon and can care for pets around these times! I always make sure to spend quality time with the pets I care for! As an animal owner, I treat animals the way I’d treat my own, and I make sure to go above and beyond. I keep a very tidy house and will do the same for any house I care for!

I have loved animals all my life, have had many of my own over the years, and have been actively pet sitting for friends and clients across Jax for the past four years. I've watched pets with special dietary restrictions and have experience administering medicine/supplements to them. I've cared for both senior animals and young puppies. I'm active and can take dogs on extended walks and am happy to even take them on my favorite hiking trails around Jax if they're up for it. I'm retired so I have a very flexible schedule to give your pets plenty of attention, bathroom breaks, walks, or whatever else they need. I make sure to closely follow each owner's care instructions and try to keep your pet's regular routine to make them as comfortable as possible in your absence. I'm also happy to accommodate any idiosyncrasies or peculiar needs they may have (I have held umbrellas for dogs sensitive to the sun but love their time outside). I will treat your home with the utmost respect and am happy to water plants, take out trash, or do any other tasks that would be helpful while you're away. I create a safe, calm, and loving environment by supervising all pets closely, keeping spaces clean and secure, and following each owner’s care instructions to make sure every pet feels comfortable and protected.

About: Your pet(s) will be treated and cared for like family, and the environment is calming, secure, and quiet to assist with comfort and boarding stay. I'm currently part-time; however, I can make adjustments as necessary and can board daily and on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. We can discuss the details of the care for your fur baby at the meet and greet. Have a fenced-in yard at home with a security system. Located around animal treatment/medical facilities. I have a 5-year-old German Shepherd who is calm and well-trained.

I recently moved to the area and would love to get to know you and your fur babies! I am a teacher so I can provide pet care evenings/weekends/ school breaks. I am happy to do overnights as well if I can bring my dog. I can care for dogs overnight if I can bring my dog. She is a small wire silk hair dachshund & gets along with other dogs.
