About: I’ve grown up with dogs most of my life and have lived with multiple cat owners as well. I feel like pets like my calm and loving demeanor 😊 I enjoy the flexibility this profession allows and I love the outdoors. If your pet wants a long walk in the sun or just needs to stretch its legs in the backyard I’m down for either! 😁 I feel as though my laid back demeanor is great for working with animals and even the pickiest cats have fallen for me. I’m great at reading the body language of animals and know when they want a belly rub or when they want me to sit six feet away.

I have previously worked in a veterinarian clinic/dog groomers. I have learned a lot from my employment there. I have in the past owned many dogs and lived a few cats. I also sat with Rover from 2018-2020. For right now my schedule is pretty open. I am available 11 am through 8pm throughout the whole week. I will keep my calendar updated regularly. In addition to any written or spoken rules given by owner. I will keep safe practices with your pet such as keeping up with daily routine, making sure their environment is safe. As well with consistent monitoring.

I love animals and at my age walking is all I'm up for now lol I'm retired but still need the love of a dog. The variety I had at the grooming shop has left me wanted it again. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes or during walks, which allows pets to remain in their familiar environment and maintain their normal routine with minimal stress. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely regarding feeding, medications, routines, and house rules. I take time to understand each pet’s personality, triggers, and comfort level before beginning care. I ensure all doors and entry points are secure at all times, and I am extremely mindful when entering and exiting the home to prevent any chance of escape. I do not allow off-leash outdoor time unless explicitly approved by the owner and in a fully secure area. I maintain a clean environment by properly handling food areas, litter boxes, and any pet-related messes during each visit. I also monitor pets closely for any changes in behavior, appetite, or health and will immediately communicate any concerns to the owner. Trust and respect are very important to me. I treat every home with care, privacy, and professionalism, as if it were my own.
