About: My experience includes 20+ years of pet ownership, 10+ years of dog walking on a part time basis in the Riverside/Avondale area. We can walk at a fast pace, if requested by your dog. Or we can lazily meander our way around the neighborhood. We can also play games like fetch, tug, hide and seek, etc., and practice basic obedience with rewards like treats or play. I have a long leash we can use as well if requested, which I find is a nice way to allow the dogs to explore more freely in less busy areas like parks or backstreets. At the moment I am doing a few different types of gig work, so my schedule is flexible and I may be able to accept bookings with very short notice. When walking dogs, I usually attach their leash to my body using a hands free leash mechanism as an extra safety measure and to allow myself to walk more easily at a faster pace, if the dog is up for that. Generally, I will maintain a safe distance from other dogs (and cats) walking around to be sure that no incidences occur. Except to send you updates, I will not use my phone while with your dog. My attention will remain on your dog and the walk. Otherwise, it is important for me that I am patient and gentle with all dogs in my care and that I do not make them feel uneasy or anxious on our walk.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs most of my life and have lived with multiple cat owners as well. I feel like pets like my calm and loving demeanor 😊 I enjoy the flexibility this profession allows and I love the outdoors. I work Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., which leaves me available during mornings, afternoons, evenings after work, and all day on Sundays and Mondays. I make pet care a priority and ensure every pet receives the attention, exercise, affection, and reliable care they deserve while their owners are away. Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or in a client's home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I make sure they have fresh food and water, regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. I follow any specific instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, medications, and favorite activities. I also keep pet parents updated with photos and messages so they can have peace of mind knowing their furry family member is safe, happy, and well cared for.

I start mornings around 7 a.m. with feeding, followed by walks and playtime. Throughout the day, pets receive regular potty breaks, attention, and companionship. I provide constant supervision, and pets are only crated if needed or requested by the owner. I rarely leave the house, and if I do, it’s only for short, essential errands and never for more than an hour. In a client’s home, I maintain their space respectfully while ensuring their pet receives attentive, reliable care at all times. I live in an apartment, but I make sure dogs get plenty of daily walks, exercise, and enrichment. I prioritize regular outdoor time so pets stay happy, active, and mentally stimulated, even without a yard.

About: I worked in the dog grooming industry for 20 years. I've bathed and walked every kind of dog! I love animals and at my age walking is all I'm up for now lol I'm retired but still need the love of a dog. The variety I had at the grooming shop has left me wanted it again. I have 2 small older dogs whom I've had since they we're puppies. But they sleep a lot and aren't up to walking anymore... So this is a happy alternative for me. I'm a strong 68 yr old woman who would take great care in walking your dog 😊

About: I’ve been around pets (mostly dogs) since I was about 10. From family pets to friends pets, life is just better with them in it. I work a hybrid work schedule. Usually WFH on Mondays and Fridays, and in the office Tuesday-Thursday from 9-4 in Frisco. I can be pretty flexible within reason! I live in an apartment complex that has two dog parks, recently upgraded. I live off the Katy trail so I walk at least 3 miles nearly every day if your pup loves exercise!! I let pets on the furniture, and don’t mind sharing my bed. I want your pets to be as comfortable as possible while away from you.
