About: I’ve grown up with dogs most of my life and have lived with multiple cat owners as well. I feel like pets like my calm and loving demeanor 😊 I enjoy the flexibility this profession allows and I love the outdoors. If your pet wants a long walk in the sun or just needs to stretch its legs in the backyard I’m down for either! 😁 I feel as though my laid back demeanor is great for working with animals and even the pickiest cats have fallen for me. I’m great at reading the body language of animals and know when they want a belly rub or when they want me to sit six feet away.

About: My day job is as a wildlife biologist, and I have worked with everything from Japanese giant salamanders to gopher tortoises. I have watched pets for neighbors and friends for years and love dogs especially! I am free in evenings (5pm or later) and weekends pretty consistently (I work full time as a wildlife biologist during the day). Happy with long or short walks, even on hot days. I don't have any pets at home right now, but I am comfortable with a wide variety of animals. I am skilled at reading animal body language and always strive to make pets feel safe.

About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs of all breeds and sizes for years. As a former Doberman owner, I’m comfortable with large, high energy, or powerful breeds that need strong, confident handling. (But I love all doggos) Will do long walks around the neighborhood or visits! I make sure every pup gets exercise, affection, and attention. I’m super reliable, quick to respond, and dedicated to following your exact feeding, routine, and care instructions to keep your pet happy and safe! Pet care fits naturally into my day-to-day routine! Whether I’m boarding your pup at my place or house sitting and walking at yours, they’ll get tons of focused attention, regular potty breaks, and plenty of activity. Plus, I live within walking distance of Kanine Social for fun outings (with your permission, of course!). I’m always happy to adjust my schedule to match your dog’s specific energy level and daily habits. Your pet’s safety and comfort come first, period. Having owned a Doberman, I’m totally comfortable and experienced handling large, strong, high-energy breeds. I don’t have a fenced yard, so I rely on frequent/long walks . I strictly follow feeding and care instructions, send daily photo updates so you’re never wondering how they’re doing, and treat your home and pets with complete respect.

“There’s a reason Evan has a perfect rating. He was able to take care of my cat with only 12 hours notice. It was an unexpected/emergency trip so there was no advanced planning but Evan rolled with it, found everything - food, litter, the house key (!) It really was last minute. Evan even loaded and ran the dishwasher for us so that we didn’t walk into a disaster Highly recommend Evan!”

About: I’ve been looking after pets my whole life, dogs, cats, chickens, goats, geese, and even a peacock one time! Right now I have two lil kitties of my own that are the light of my life. I am available at anytime to play with your pups and kitties! I can visit at least two- three times a day to look after your babies! I will do my best to send a picture or fun video every visit for you and your families peace of mind. Please give list of instructions for me if you have specific preferences on how to care for them.

About: I have had animals all my life growing up as child. Over the years I have learned to play with dogs and learn what they like to do as well as what they do not like to do. I notice the small things about the dog such as if their eating habits change, sleeping habits change and activeness change. I have love dogs so your human companion will feel comfortable and loved. I have worked with puppies, young adult and senior dogs treating each with the care they deserved and giving them the attention they require. Animals are my passion and they will always be in good hands with me. I will take care of your pet and they will feel happy and right at home.

I recently retired after 18 years in veterinary medicine and managing pet resort. I have always loved animals and have 6 dogs of my own. I have a 6 foot fenced yard and have 6 dogs of my own. My dogs are dog friendly and go to daycare often and play.
