About: My family got their first dog while I was in high school and I have been caring for dogs ever since! I’ve cared for friends dogs in the past and now I have one of my own who is just the sweetest gal. I’d love to eventually get a second dog but for now caring for others seems like the perfect alternative. I do have a preference for smaller breeds but am open to bigger dogs as long as they can be gentle with smaller dogs. I am currently hybrid at a very flexible job and typically go into the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. When I go into the office I go in later in the mornings and spend about 1.5 -2 hrs there. The max time I’ll spend at the office at one point is 3 hours but this is not the norm. Other than that time I spend the majority of my time at home and am able to give your pup all my attention and snuggles. My apartment building has a fenced in dog park where I can take your pup to for potty breaks and safe outside playtime. I also have a balcony with a grass patch for any early morning or late night potty breaks. Pet safety is my number one priority so when I’m not home both mine & your pup would be kept in different rooms with cameras watching them to make sure no one is in distress. I’m also open to doing meet and greets at my place before your pet’s stay with me so that you’ll be able to see what type of environment your pet would be in and how our pups interact with each other. My dog is a 1 year old dachshund who just loves other dogs and would make sure your dog feels right at home!

“Ana was very friendly and sent consistent photo updates during daycare for Kolache! She is very accommodating and wants to make sure both owner and pet are comfortable.”

“Leah is AMAZING!! Knox was so happy and loved her dog Bolo! She took them to the dog park, on walks and he came home so happy!! She made everything perfect for him to feel relaxed and cared for! Best dog sitter!”

“Aisling was amazing with my puppy Milo! She sent me over 15 pictures with updates throughout his day and was very responsive and communicative! This was my first time ever using Rover and i’m absolutely blown away, I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. I HIGHLY recommend Aisling for any of your pet sitting needs!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my deep understanding of both pet behavior and care. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I having had dogs most of my life, I understand the importance of routine, exercise, and mental stimulation. Your pet won’t just be cared for—they’ll thrive and be loved in your absence. I currently work from home, so I am immediately available to take them on walks, etc. I understand the importance of routine in our lives. I have quick access to lovely dog-friendly spaces downtown. I can accommodate your dog’s crate with ease. My lovely building is filled with great pets.

About: I’ve had at least 2 dogs ever since I can remember, I recently moved and can’t afford to have one at my new apartment complex so I’m missing some puppy love! I would love to walk and sit with your babies while you are away! I am a teacher so my summer is completely open, meaning I’m free anytime you may need me to visit or walk your pets for you! I am more than happy to visit your home so your pup is in the most comfortable environment for them. After a few visits with your pet I would be open to having them at my home if that’s something that would make you more comfortable. I also have a dog park at my apartment if you would like your dog to socialize with other pups.

“Van was very accommodating to our early hour drop offs and gave us lots of pictures/updates about our pups while we were at work. I felt safe leaving our babies in her care, I would definitely book again!”

About: My husband Preston grew up a dog lover with his two yellow labs, and I am a new dog lover after we got our lovely boy Jet a couple of years ago. We are responsible and would love to take care of your fur baby like it’s our own! Preston grew up dog sitting for friends and family where as I have cared for many a friends dogs throughout the years! I am full time work from home with a flexible schedule. We typically bring our dog out i around 10 am and 6pm for about an hour each as well as 20 minutes around 2 and 10 pm but are available for more frequent walks as needed in addition to a backyard, balconies and toys and splash pad! We have 1 dog (2 year old ~60lb boy named Jet). We live near a park and him twice a day for long walks and frequent the greenbelt. We also have a nice backyard for the dogs to enjoy some fresh air! We have a two floor house if your dog needs to be crated or separated for meal/bed times happy to do that as well!

“Jared had our dog in daycare for a day and he did a fantastic job. He went out of his way to walk down to our apartment to pick her up and drop her off for us which made it very convenient for us. I highly recommend Jared for taking care of your pup! :)”

About: Over the past 10 years, I’ve dog sat for many kinds of loving dogs ranging from small to big. I love to stay active and making sure your pet is getting the top supreme care it deserves! I’m currently working from home so my days are extremely flexible. I can accommodate more time for your dog which means more playtime and walks. I pay close attention to their needs and provide them with the right amount of exercise and love. Every dog is different so it’s important to understand what needs are necessary! I work from home so my schedule is extremely flexible. Depending if your dog needs more time with me, I can arrange to do this! Every dog is different so I make sure your dog gets the best care based on his/her needs. Whether it’s more cuddles, playtime, walks, or alone time, I make sure to pay close attention and understand your doggies personality.

About: A firm believer in we don’t deserve animals! But since we have them, we should do everything in our power to keep their little hearts safe, loved, and supported. I grew up with a few rescues and a golden doodle named Malibu, who was the first pet I ever took care of on my own. I’ve volunteered at local shelters for several years in addition to watching my friends pets frequently here in Austin. I now am a proud dog mom of two, Seamus and Bailey! Shea loves to cuddle on top of you, stare at trees, and prefers to lead during his walks. Bae needs home cooked meals every night and enjoys cold water from the refrigerator. They both live with my boyfriend elsewhere but I’ve learned a great deal on taking care of pets and their various needs. I have a lot of free time on my hands! Very flexible and willing to help out fur babies and their owners as much as I can! My first priority is getting to know the dog and making sure everyone’s comfy. I live with my best friend who works fully remote so if I truly had to step away for something, the pet would have company. Right now my situation gives me a lot of free time so my attention is all theirs. I love to be outside so if your pet needs walks and exercise, I’m your gal. Would never put them in a situation where they feel uncomfortable. I’ve watched my friends dog for several years now and he’s a rescue with major anxiety and aggression with other dogs so I feel confident working with pets that have some trauma and need a little extra attention and care.

About: I've taken care of friend's and family's dogs for years! Natural dog lover at heart but unfortunately haven't been able to adopt a fur-friend of my own. Experience with shy timid dogs that need a calm friendly companion to look after them! I currently WFH so have lots of time to spend with you pups! Available for day care and boarding week days and or weekends depending on need Live without any other pets so your pup will have a calm relaxing environment to stay and roam in (plus all the undivided attention!). Can easily crate your dog too if needed

“Alison has been taking care of dogs, her own and others for years. Once she was taking care of a dog who lived close to where she went to school. Days after the owners came home the dog got loose, and crossed a major street and found her in a large school. She is a true animal lover, and the dogs seem to sense that she will keep them safe. She is punctual and responsible.”

“I can’t tell you enough that Juliana is a fantastic dog sitter. She is loving, responsible, and attentive with every dogs needs. When she dog-sat for my Australian Shepard, she received the best quality of care. Sign up with Juliana now before it’s too late-she’ll fill up fast!”

Sarah B.
“Sarah Brown has watched my Pit Bull mix countless times, for both brief (weekends) and extended periods (multiple weeks). In all of my experiences handing my dog off to Sarah, I have felt complete confidence that my dog was entering a safe and trusted environment, that she would address his needs with undivided attention, and that her care and enjoyment of him would equal my own. Sarah kept me updated on how he was doing regularly and often sent pictures when she was watching him. I would trust Sarah to watch any dog and be able to adapt to specific care or owner instructions. She has proven herself to be the consummate professional of dog-watchers, and she genuinely enjoys it. We should stop thinking of dogs as “man’s best friend” and start thinking of them as “Sarah Brown’s best friend.””

Aneesha P.
“Aneesha has watched my dog overnight several times. My dog is pretty laid back and she’s potty trained, so she doesn’t require a lot of special care. Aneesha takes her to the dog park for her potty breaks, feeds her according to her normal eating schedule, and occasionally takes her on walks along Lady Bird Lake. My dog doesn’t do well with a lot of stimuli, so walking her around a bunch of people and other dogs is not an easy task. She plays with my dog and works on reinforcing her commands when she gives her treats.”
