Lucky for me, animals seem to love me back, and I connect easily with most cats and dogs that I meet. My two kitties Bert and Ernesto were the loves of my life and I had 13 loving, goofy years with them. I miss them so much. I'm not ready to have any animals of my own, which is why I would be delighted to spend time with and care for your animal/s. In the last year of his life, one of my cats was sick and he required extensive nursing at home. I gave him daily meds including liquids and pills, and I administered fluids via subcutaneous injections for several months. I believe in maintaining a clean environment for animals so that they feel the highest level of comfort possible in their world. I know that cats need exercise, and I prioritize play if they are interested in engaging. I know how stressful it is to travel and leave animals at home. I am highly reliable and trustworthy, and your furry friends are my number one priority. I also love dogs and have walked many dogs for family and friends, however never having one as a pet, I don't prioritize dog care in my profile. I work independently as a photographer, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to structure my day around caring for animals. Whether it’s a drop-in or staying overnight, I’m able to give your cat my full attention. When caring for cats in a client’s home, I aim to maintain a clean, calm, and safe environment that keeps your cat comfortable and secure. I’m careful with doors, windows, and potential escape routes, and I always check for hiding spots to make sure everyone is accounted for. I respect your home as if it were my own, follow your care instructions closely, and make sure your cat’s routine stays consistent. I’m also happy to provide updates, photos, or notes if that helps you feel more at ease while you’re away.

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I’ve had the incredible privilege of caring for a wide variety of pets. From a hamster, gerbil, guinea pig, and rabbit to ducks, four cats, and three amazing dogs, my home has always been full of furry (and feathered) friends. Two of my beloved dogs, Frank and Ginger, taught me the importance of patience and attentive care, as they both required daily medications—Frank for a heart condition and Ginger for allergies. It wasn’t always easy, especially with Ginger's picky eating habits, but with dedication, we made every day count. I’ve also spent countless hours volunteering at animal shelters, including walking dogs at SW Washington Humane Society and Joshua Tree No Kill Shelter, as well as working with cats at Homeward Pet Adoption Center. These experiences have deepened my passion for ensuring animals feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Currently, I’m a proud dog mom to Tanner, a two-year-old rescue from Desert Hot Springs. He’s been my loyal companion, road trip sidekick, and hiking partner since he was just seven months old. Tanner will join me on any overnight stays, and I’d be happy to arrange a meet and greet to ensure your pets and mine are comfortable together. In addition to my hands-on experience, I’m also certified in small animal massage from the Northwest School of Animal Massage, which I completed in February 2023. Additionally, the pets in my care will have open access to both residences located within the fenced area, ensuring they have a comfortable and secure environment. About: I’ve cared for dogs for the last 40 years—my own & others. I’m great with energetic dogs. Have also taken care of cats & birds & donkeys. I’m an author working on my second book, so my time is flexible. I have two dogs of my own but they don’t mind if I hang out with other animals. About: Ever since I was young I have always loved animals. I was working as a veterinary medical recepnist for a while to which I learned a lot about pet health. I would love to be the sitter you choose in the area :) I can cat/dog/reptile sit any day of the week. I rather go to your house and do pop bys than stay over night but terms can be negotiated. Would consider letting pets come to my place if friendly with other animals I check on animals typically every 3 hours and spend about ~ 30-40 minutes with them every time I stop by. As stated I worked at a 24hr veterinary hospital as reception, even thought I may not be a qualified nurse or doctor I do keep monitor of pets health and will notify owners if I have any concerns

About: As a mom and dog owner myself, I am sensitive to the needs and feelings of animals as they are just like kids. I have taken care of animals my entire life, from small dogs, big dogs, territorial dogs, horses, cats, and a bunch of other creatures. We even have our own animal CBD line on the market for dogs in pain or with ptsd. I’m active, love to walk, believe in positive reinforcement. We have a perfect yard for animals to safely play and a large home with a loving family to make your loved one feel safe when they are missing their people. My dog friends end up calling me Auntie Sal as we take them in as family. I’m currently flexible and have the ability for same day walks, last minute trips and pop ins. I can work with your schedule most days. My husband is my tag team back as well. I have two fences in yards one for running and the other for safe play. I never leave them unattended. We are happy to follow your lead on crate training if desired. We provide toys and treats if you approve. We love park walks and have 2.5 acres to explore. We have the ability to keep dogs separate from ours if needed.

About: I’ve been taking care of my own pets and the pets of others for 10+ years. I’ve taken care of everything from horses to cats and dogs, I always make sure they know they’re loved. I’m currently a student at Evergreen State College, so class and homework take up some of my time. I’m free Saturday-Monday, along with Thursdays. I’m always happy to accommodate schedules if need be. I’ve raised two indoor cats with no problem, I’ve studied animal behaviors to know what the best route is to taking care of my animals and my clients critters also.
