About: There’s just nothing like the happiness a dog (or cat) brings to our lives! They’re always there for us, and they ask so little of us in return. Our pets have an amazing, giving spirit, and it’s definitely their selflessness that inspired me to become a pet sitter! I believe that animals need just as much love as we do, so I want to put a smile on as many faces as I possibly can. Not to mention, I love that I can give back to my community at the same time by providing owners with peace of mind while they’re away. I can’t wait to meet your pet! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pet and care expectations. No one knows your pet better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new clients! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. I know how difficult it can be to be away from your best friend, so I’m here to make that time as easy as possible! When your pet is in my care, I’ll always send tons of updates along so you can be in the loop on everything we’ve done during the day. I’m happy to send detailed information on anything that you need to know just how they’re doing—from behaviors to exercise times to meal prep. Likewise, those updates will always have accompanying pictures so you can see just how much fun your pet and I are having together! I’m also very easy to get in touch with, so I’ll always be on call in case you have any questions or concerns. I’m available for drop ins, walks and short overnights. I am in school finishing my masters degree but tend to be pretty flexible overall, if you have a question send a message! I do drop in visits to your home and follow all instructions left. Times and expectations are agreed upon before arrival. I can let pets outside to use the restroom, feed them, give medication etc just ask! I also had a diabetic cat so I can perform injections if needed.

I’m happy to administer medication if needed, crate your dog if that’s part of their routine, and provide regular updates with photos and messages so you can feel confident knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I have Base access! I have loved and cared for pets through word of mouth for many years for family and friends. Dogs, cats and kittens, and even guinea pigs, I treat all animals with unconditional kindness and care! I enjoy walking dogs just as much as they do! I am unable to board pets in my own apartment. For drop in-visits, I can certainly come to your residence! I am typically available Monday-Friday, from 6am to 3pm! I hope to work with animals in my free time. Another note- I have base access to MCAGCC so I am able to care for pets on base too! With regard to the pet owner's instructions, I will feed pets properly and timely and clean up after myself and your pets in your home. I am very happy to play with and entertain your pets, be it a game of fetch or endless scratches!

About: I have taken care of animals pretty much my entire life. I grew up on a farm with cats, dogs, horses, and all kinds of other animals. I'm very active and would love to take your dog on a hike or long walk but I can also lounge around with the older ones too! I've primarily owned rescued dogs, so I'm familiar with navigating a variety of behavioral issues (e.g., leash reactivity, dog aggression, prey drive, separation anxiety). I also have experience raising puppies, so I'm familiar with the crate training, potty training, and other typical puppy adventures! Along those same lines, I have experience dealing with dogs that have special medical needs (e.g., special baths, diets, medication), so I am equipped to handle your pets medical needs. I work remotely and make my own hours, so I can be home with your pet at all times and adjust my schedule according to your pets needs. I will try to keep your pets schedule as close to normal. If you have a backyard your pet is used to running around, I will be sure to let them run around. If your pet is used to going on several walks a day, I will them on several walks a day. If you dog sleeps in a crate, I will crate him/her at night. If you dog sleeps in the bed with you, he/she can sleep in the bed with me!

About: I grew up around all sorts of animals and absolutely adored them with all my heart. I was raised partially on my father’s ranch in Cache Valley and partially in Salt Lake with my mother, that’s due to divorced parents, but both of them have had their fair share of pets. While I was living with my mother in high school they got me a puppy, Oliver, he’s a mini golden doodle and him and I were inseparable. He was the easiest dog to train, but he’s got a lot of energy so I always took him on walks, played fetch and spent a lot of time being active with him. Unfortunately I couldn’t take him when I moved out because they got another puppy shortly after getting him and I wasn’t going to take him away from his brother. Living on the ranch, I would tend to the cows, horses, dogs, and cats. That was quite frankly one of the only reasons I’d get out of bed so early in the morning! Occasionally when my dad and his wife go on trips they’ll bring their new puppy over for me to watch at my place. I also have two cats of my own, Milo and Binx. I adopted Milo a few years ago when he was 8 years old and 20 lbs, he’s a big old sweetheart. Binx is a little under a year and she is absolutely insane but they’re both my entire world. All in all I am one of the biggest animal lovers and I would, without a doubt, take care of yours like they were my own. My only job is currently with Rover so I’m always on the go to a different place. My fur babies and clients fur babies get all the love and attention every chance I get to give them! Safety overall is one of the most important things in caring for an animal. Although, it does depend on the service you are needing. Generally, I always like to ensure that they can trust and respect me, and vice versa. I also make sure there aren’t any small objects they could choke on or swallow nearby. I like to keep a close eye on them as well, you never know what their curious minds will get them into next.

About: I absolutely love cats and dogs. I grew up raising/training labs and German shepherds. I currently have 3 fur babies; my oldest shepherd is actually from my families last litter and our youngest shepherd is a rescue although you wouldn’t know it since they act like siblings. Our cat is also a rescue and prefers to stay out of sight from the dogs but is super friendly and talkative when he meets new people. I had a chocolate lab and took care of him until he was 14. (Diapers , shots, oral medication, you name it he and we probably went through it together) if you have a senior dog I am more than happy to help with any extra care that comes along. I’ve raised all my fur babies (with the exception of our cat) from the puppy stages to the elderly stages. I recently moved here and spend 24/7 with my fur babies so I figured why not spend time with more fur babies! I’m currently available Monday to Friday any time. We do allow the fur babies on the furniture and have a small patio that is fenced in so the dogs can go potty when it’s too hot to walk. We also have a small pool that we regularly set up for the dogs in the back so they can play outside in the heat (supervised). I take my dog on walks before the sun starts cooking us and when the sun goes down to stretch their legs. I can take the dogs to the park and play with them as well😊.

Hi! I’m Xaiviea, I’m 29, and animals have been the biggest part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for just about everything—puppies, kittens, parrots, reptiles, ferrets, chinchillas, barn animals—you name it! I spent a couple years as a professional dog trainer at Petco, regularly volunteer at local shelters, and have been an emergency placement foster many times. I’ve even dabbled in reptile husbandry and helped get my own mom into reptiles—she now has five, and I help her care for them! Right now I live with family to help out my elderly parents, and I share my life with four lovable Frenchies and my sphynx cat, Chicken. (Yes, his name is Chicken. About: I've had numerous cats and dogs my whole life and miss having pets. I've watched 2 large German shepherds, one at a time but I am capable of taking care of any size and breed of dog. About: I’ve grown a lot of patience with ankle biters! and my 16 year old dog at home is blind and deaf but gets the best care from me!! I work at a hospital and work 12 hour shifts, please let me know when I should be checking in on them if I’m not fully staying all day :) I work very carefully and precisely to give the best work possible!
