“Allison was great in the care of our senior cat. We appreciated the updates, pictures and the fact that she was accommodating with bringing in packages from the porch into the house while we were away.”

“Kim was a life saver for us! Our pups do not do well in kennels and are not dog friendly, so having Kim do drop-in visits throughout the day was a total lifesaver! Our one dog has a reoccurring tummy issue that happens few months, unfortunately this happened while we were away. Kim helped keep an eye on her, and even cleaned up when she got sick. We will be using Kim again for any future sitting needs!”

“Ashley was able to help us out on very short notice. We were at a wedding out of town and she came to our house to give our dog his afternoon medication. She actually sent a video of her giving the medication at the time we had scheduled with her. It’s amazing to find someone who really cared for our dog. We will definitely use Ashley again!”

About: I often take care of my mom’s senior dog. He requires a lot of attention due to his health and getting around. I love to be an assistant to him. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays and I am often free during the weekends. I can make sure I have enough time available for any of your needs. I live in a pet friendly apartment. I don’t live near any busy streets and can take a dog on a nice stroll around my neighborhood. I can keep animals in crates, if requested.
“Emma was absolutely amazing with our 2 very high energy boxers! From the start she was responsible, respectful and truly attentive to our dog’s needs. She handled their high energy routines perfectly. Making sure they’ve got plenty of love, care and exercise while she was here. It was clear that she treated them like her own. We came home to happy, calm dogs and couldn’t be more appreciative of her kindness and responsibility. We look forward to having her back soon.”

Working from home gives me flexibility to take care of your pets whether it's a quick walk, playtime, or potty breaks! About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and caring for them has always been a huge part of who I am. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of sharing my home with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, a rabbit, birds, and even reptiles—so I’m comfortable with a wide variety of pet personalities and needs. My fiancé and I currently have five cats, and they keep life fun, active, and full of love. I have a deep compassion for animals of all kinds and all ages, from energetic puppies to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. I’ve also taken in several strays over the years, helping reunite them with their owners or finding them safe, loving homes. That experience has made me especially attentive, responsible, and intuitive when it comes to animal care. I truly value time outdoors and believe regular walks and activity are key to a happy, healthy pet. Whether it’s playtime, exercise, or just keeping your pet company, I’ll treat them like one of my own—with love, attention, and respect. I work part time as a massage therapist this leaves lots of times available for in home pet care. My schedule can be open more then what days/times I have on my profile. Currently I'd be coming to your home to care for or walk your pet. If needed I could possibly board. I do have 5 cats, they sleep most of the day.
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and currently care for four dogs and one cat of my own. Caring for multiple pets has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to recognize each animal’s unique personality and needs. From energetic playtime and long walks to quiet cuddles and sticking to feeding routines, I’m comfortable providing attentive, loving care. Also, I am comfortable and experienced in handling medication for dogs as one of my dogs at home has diabetes. I understand that every pet is part of the family, and I’ll treat yours with the same kindness, respect, and affection that I give my own. I’m currently working part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule to care for your pet. I’ll do my best to accommodate your preferred days and times, and I’m happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits both you and your furry friend. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have experience caring for my own four dogs and one cat, so I’m familiar with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or taking them for a walk, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, fresh water, and lots of love. I’ll also respect your pet’s routine, follow any feeding or medication instructions carefully, and provide regular updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats, amongst another furry friends. I currently live on a mini farm and have 3 dogs, 2 cats and chickens and ducks! I am no stranger to animals to say the least. I believe in caring for animals as they should be and also be considerate of any needs. I will meet them where they are at. Right now, I am working 2nd/3rd shift so have my mornings free to do a let out and or walk. Once June 1st hits I will be available to do all day. My yard is fenced in right now which adds a level of security for my own dogs. I will adhere to client wishes for proper care for their dogs. For example, if they wish for me to use a leash while outside with the dog I will do so.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for friends and neighbors for almost 10 years. I have helped raise puppies while nannying, and have dog sat overnight for years! I have an energetic lovable 9 month old lab of my own who would love to have a friend to play with! I’ve cared for sick pets, puppies, and adult dogs. I’m experienced with bathing pets, love long walks and playing in the yard. I always make sure there is plenty of enrichment time. I am available during all hours of the day as I’m a stay at home mom currently. I’m available all hours of the day on weekends. I have a large yard and a lovable pup who can be a companion to your pet! She has gone to daycare for months so is fully socialized and always wants to play with anyone who is interested. We have a camera in our crate room to make sure everything is alright when we are away. We have a full room that is pretty much empty designated for dog toys and treats! I will make sure your pet gets all the love and attention they deserve while you are gone!
About: I have been around animals, my whole life it doesn’t matter if it’s my pets, my friends, pets or even my families pets. I have had rabbits, fish, cats, and dogs. When I was first born and at a very young age, my parents had a cat named Misty. Misty was a farm cat, and I learned at the young age of how to take care of a pet and a cat. It didn’t matter if it was giving the cat exercise, feeding the cat, giving it water or even cleaning out the litter pan. I also at a young age at around eight learned how to take care of a dog as my family got a golden retriever. We got this golden retriever named Sam from Humane Society, and Sam was an older dog about eight years old. I learned how to take care of an older dog, feeding it, giving exercise and water, and of course playing fetch, because what golden retriever doesn’t like fetch. After these animals, I got a Maine Coon cat named Cowboy. Again I learned how to take care of Cowboy by feeding Cowboy, giving Cowboy water and emptying the litter pan along with playing with Cowboy. Cowboy was a bit younger when I got him and was about eight months old. After cowboy, I was Lucky enough to get a black lab as a puppy, named Lucky. I named Lucky Lucky because what dog is not lucky to have me as their owner to take them on runs! Lucky was about four months old and again a potty trained Lucky, took Lucky to training classes and also trained Lucky on my own at home helping Lucky to learn to sit stay and play. After Lucky I got a rescue dog named Dyno, Dyno was a rescue dog from a high kill shelter in Alabama and when I did a DNA test on Dyno, Dyno came out to be a black lab pointer mix with a little bit of terrier and boxer in her as well. Dyno was approximately four months old as well when I got her. I helped Dyno learn to be potty trained took her to training classes and train her at my house as well. I helped Dyno to learn, sit and stay, and also place along with playing dead. I recently just moved out of my house, and unfortunately Dyno had to stay with my parents, because Dyno doesn’t get along with other dogs as well. I did have to be very cognizant, while I took care of Dyno, to make sure Dyno did not injure or hurt other dogs, and keep Dyno safe as well, so I’m very good at making sure and keeping track of dogs when they’re along with other dogs so that they don’t fight. I am smart and know the signs dogs have if they are nervous, worried, or scarred. I moved in with my fiancé, who has a seven year-old golden retriever named Molly, and I am currently taking care of Molly. Molly is an unbelievable golden retriever dog, loves to go for runs and play fetch. If you have a dog that loves to go for runs or walks I will gladly take them for runs and walks to get my exercise in with them. What dog does not like to go for a run? Hope I can help you walk/run and take care of your animals just like I love to take care of my own! I am a police officer and have many days off during the week. So if you need someone to let your furry friends out while at work I am perfect for that. One week I work Monday Tuesday Friday to Sunday. I’m off Wednesday and Thursday the following week off Monday Tuesday and the weekend. In my professional life, I am a police officer, so not only do I take care of animals in my personal life, but also in my professional life when they are lost, and I need to get them back to the owner, or even dropping them off at the Humane Society so they are safe. Recently on the Snowmobile Trail. I actually found a kitten and was able to get the kitten to come to me so that it did not freeze to death in the woods and get it to a business near the Snowmobile Trail so that it could be returned to the Humane Society to stay safe . Based off of my schedule in my professional life of being a police officer, I have many days off during the week. So if you’re at work and need your furry friends to be let outside, I am the perfect person. As I have many off days on Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday while others are working. I can explain my schedule better however here is a break down. Week one. I work Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday Sunday. I am off Wednesday and Thursday Week two. I only work Wednesday and Thursday off the rest of the week. Even if you are home and you’re an individual that doesn’t like to go for runs or walk or are older, I could take care of your animal and let them out take them for a walk or run while you were at home as well, just to get them exercise, I would be happy to do that because then I get my exercise as well. On the weekends, I would be available most all the time as well, unless I am busy, but I would do drop in short notice type calls as well! With me working in the school during the school year, I have off days during the school year that your kids are off as well. So spring break I am open all day, or just even random days during the week they are off as well. So please keep that in mind. In the summer I am free at 2pm to let your dog outside. My schedule just changed and I work night shift. So I am available anytime during the day as long as I’m not sleeping. The days I work stays the same regarding off days and not. Right now I am not planning on having dogs or cats stay at my house with my dog Molly, so this is not something you need to worry about however, if I’m walking or taking your dog for a run, I would make sure to bring my light up light collar for your dog so that your dog is safe whether it’s dark out. If you have one I would use yours. This will make sure your dog has your collar on with its leash and keep your dog or cat safe.
“Autumn was so sweet and I am glad she was available to dog sit Bella. Bella loved her from the moment they met. Autumn had good communication skills, was punctual and professional , sent photos of Bella and visit reports. I highly recommend and will rebook in the future.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals from a very young age and have been dog sitting since I was 15. Growing up I had the sweetest golden doodle named Angel who was my best friend and inspired me to start petsitting! I work as a special education para during the school year and am looking for summer work. I have availability overall full-time throughout June to August! I love to hang out with them and give them lots of pets as well as take them wherever I go as long as I am able to! If I need to check out from sitting for a bit for any reason, I make sure to leave them at home with some toys and leave them with a treat!
About: Hi, I’m Ellie! A little about me, I grew up surrounded by all kinds of animals from cats and dogs to birds and snakes! And I’ve loved going above and beyond to care for them, for as long as I can remember. I have a 10 year old pup myself (Toby) that has helped me understand the dedication and commitment required when caring for pet; especially during a time that might be a bit difficult or confusing for them. I’ve also learned that each pet has their own personality and I will adapt my care to be able to provide exactly what your pet needs. In addition to pet care, I’ll also be able to provide other house sitting needs such as watering plants, gathering mail or anything else that may be needed.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Richfield
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Courtney was absolutely phenomenal and, without question, the best Rover sitter we’ve had in the 7 years we’ve been using Rover. From the moment we left, she gave us complete peace of mind through her incredibly detailed check-ins, thoughtful updates, and frequent photos. It never felt like we were wondering how our dogs were doing because Courtney kept us informed every step of the way. Her updates weren’t just routine—they were personal, thorough, and showed how much she genuinely cared about our dogs’ well-being and happiness. What really stood out was the trust she built with us. It’s clear that she treats every pet as if they were her own. We could tell our dogs were comfortable, loved, and receiving exceptional care while we were away. This is super important because our dog’s aren’t always the quickest to trust and warm up to new people. The quality of communication, attention to detail, and level of responsibility she demonstrated were truly above and beyond anything we’ve experienced with previous sitters. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, caring, communicative, and will give your pets outstanding care, Courtney is the person you want. We would book her again without hesitation and cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Courtney, for taking such amazing care of our dogs!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
