About: I've cared for many cats and dogs, from pit bulls to terriers to English bulldogs. I have experience with puppy training, senior dog care, and oral medication administration. I'm a patient and compassionate pet owner, and I promise to treat your fur babies with the same love and care I would my own. I'm also a graduate music student in case your pet might want to be serenaded by a french horn :) I'm a musician and graduate student at Bard. My schedule changes quite a bit, but I always have a good idea of what my schedule will look well in advance. In addition, I am generally free most mornings, and can often be flexible. I'm very happy to provide your dog(s) with walks, food, brushing, bathing, and medication. I love to play fetch with dogs, go on walks or hikes, visit dog parks, cuddle, practice tricks, or any other enriching activity. With cats, I love to cuddle, play, and practice or try new tricks with treats.

About: My care for animals is rooted in my nature. I have spent 28 years loving and caring for dogs, cats, and livestock like sheep and goats. I currently volunteer at the Ulster County SPCA weekly doing dog and cat socialization. I bring genuine passion, care, and patience to each pet that is in my care. I am available for pet visits and walks from 6am to 11am and 8:30pm to 10:30pm during the week. My availability on the weekends is much more flexible. Let’s chat and come up with a plan. About: Dog and cat CPR certified long-time animal lover and caretaker. Comfortable with all cats and dogs, kittens, elderly animals, birds, and special needs animals. I have a flexible schedule so I can make most things work with advance notice! I pick up freelance work as needed, so my schedule varies greatly. I can make pretty much anything work with advance notice, I'm very flexible! I always make sure to have local vet/emergency information for your pet, I am dog and cat CPR-certified in case of emergency, I have an SUV that allows for transport of large animals if needed. About: I have done lots of pet sitting in my lifetime. I have mostly worked with cats and dogs but I also have taken care of rabbits, Guinea pigs, and even alpacas! I love all animals and would love to help out in any way I can! I do also have a small Boston terrier who is special needs. She is extremely loving and friendly. I am currently free 24/7 365 days! I am available for any and all pet needs! I am able to provide walks and stay at any home needed! I have a nice single bedroom apartment! The rail trail is close to me so I can walk them along that for nice outside exercise. There is lots of love to be shared!

About: As a social worker, I'm highly attuned to both human and animal needs/issues, and love getting to know and cater to unique personalities - or provide loving care for those who are ill or have special needs. I started taking care of neighbors' pets at an early age and though we only had fish and birds and a cat at home, dogs and other animals became a special love of mine. I’ve often been told that other than happy pets, there was no sign I had even been there! I am currently freelancing/focusing my time on writing projects so I often have a flexible schedule....and love taking work breaks with furry friends! A veteran 5-start pet-sitter, I am new to Rover and am figuring out how the calendar and geography works so it can reflect where I am and when I'm available. Most folks comment that they can barely tell I've been there. Cleanliness, respect, and loving care are my hallmarks. I make sure to honor any requests and instructions for people's homes, which often have quirks and special needs -- and to of course respect privacy too, just as I would as a social worker. As for furry friends, they get exceptional, reliable, patient, playful, caring energy from me while I make sure that all their food, litter, or other needs are met.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for friends, family, and neighbors since I was 16 years old. Growing up, I have always had at least one dog in my house, so I am very comfortable with them. I have cared for cats, older dogs, younger dogs, many different breeds, and both male and female dogs. I have experience dog sitting, dog walking, and just doing mid-day check-ins. I'm currently walking dogs a couple of times a week while their owners are at work and have been dog-sitting very regularly. I love going on walks, hikes, and any other kind of adventure with pups and always cater to the needs of each individual dog. I have had dogs with health issues so I am comfortable watching dogs with physical injuries and following medication regimens. I already have some dog-walking clients so that is something to consider but my schedule is mostly pretty open for your dog needs! With the summer heat, I prefer walking dogs earlier in the day or later in the day so they don't get too overheated. But, of course, I am happy to walk your furry friends based on your schedule! Because I have two dogs I don't board dogs at my house. I am more than happy to watch your dogs at your own home. I also think most dogs prefer this because it is a comfortable and familiar environment. I have worked with dogs who use invisible fences, physical fences, or need to be on a leash anytime they're outside. I'm comfortable with any of these scenarios. I am very flexible and am happy to cater to the needs of you, your pet, and your home.

About: I currently work as a physical therapist full time and started dog sitting while going to college in 2011 for a Great Dane named Maxx, from there I acquired many dog and cat sitting jobs through word of mouth and for friends and their family members.
