“Dmitra is the best!!! She walks our goldendoodle Griffin twice a week and is really amazing with him! Because of our schedules I usually have to tell her only a day or two in advance which days we need her help each week and she’s always really flexible and great about it! We also have cats that like to try to sneak out of the house, and she’s great about keeping an eye on them to make sure they stay in while she takes Griffin out for his walks. So glad we found her!!!”

About: Family, neighbors, and friends have trusted me to watch their dogs while on various vacations. Whether it be stopping in to feed them and take them on a quick walk, or staying the night and cuddling with the pet, I do it all! I’m in school and working, but love dogs and cats and would adore doing this in the free time I have. Cannot wait to meet you all! I will make sure your pets are safe and sound in their environment that they love. Whatever they need I will make come true, as I believe your best friends deserve the world!

“Brittani was great to work with, super quick to respond and was able to help with such short notice. Mosa seemed to love her, so we’ll definitely be booking again!”

“Alex was great! I introduced him to both of my dogs, and I think they senses his calm, chill vibe and were into it. I am planning to reach back out to him in the coming weeks for walking and house sitting.”

About: I have had dogs my whole life. My first dog on my own as an adult is currently a senior. He is a very sweet and gentle dog who loves to play with new friends. I have about 10 years of experience, dog sitting friends and family members' dogs. I am comfortable working with food aggressive dogs, highly anxious dogs, and everyone in between. I am experience with administering medications, working with puppies and supporting senior dogs. I have a great track record with leash training, potty training and winning over anxious dogs. I use positive reinforcement (single ingredient dried pumpkin treats) to keep your pups attention and gain their trust. I am happy to do a meet and greet beforehand in order to gain your trust too :) I look forward to working with you! I currently work part-time, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. I am available for walks after 2:00 p.m. on those days and all day Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am available Monday through Friday for pet sitting, but will be out of the house for the hours of 8-1 MWF. My partner works from home, so if your dog need 24/7 care we can arrange that. As I mentioned in my bio, my main training mechanism is positive reinforcement. I do not believe in punishing dogs. In my experience it does not work and does not feel good! That being said, I am happy to work with you and come up with a plan together.

“Carol was amazing! She was able to walk my dog on short notice. Carol was kind and helpful and my dog loved her. I would highly recommend her!! Thank you Carol!”

“Absolutely awesome with my dog Bodhi! Highly recommend you trust Therese with your best buddy. Outstanding communicator, trustworthy , dependable and reliable. My dog LOVES it when she comes to play! 🐾”

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals — starting with playful puppies and large-breed dogs. As a lifelong pet owner myself, I understand the deep bond between pets and their families. I've raised both big and small dogs and supported friends, neighbors, and clients by providing loving, reliable care for their animals when they couldn’t be there. I’m also comfortable and experienced around children and elderly individuals, which allows me to provide a calm, respectful, and compassionate presence in any home. My goal is to make sure both you and your pets feel at ease, knowing they're in capable and caring hands. I’m available to care for your pets during regular workday hours, with occasional evening and weekend availability as well. Whether you need a midday check-in, a weekday companion, or occasional support outside the 9–5, I’m here to help keep your pets happy and comfortable while you're away. I understand how important your pet’s safety is, especially when someone else is entering your home. That’s why I take extra care during every visit — making sure doors and gates are securely closed, checking surroundings before entering or exiting, and always keeping your pet's safety and comfort as my top priority. I know how stressful it can be to trust someone with your space and your pet, and I treat both with the respect, attention, and care they deserve.

About: I have had both dogs and cats my entire life and even had a ferret at one point. I am a dog walker and cat and dog sitter (or cat walker if you would like!). Some of my current clients have been with me for 5 years. I also volunteer at a local shelter. I can drop in after 3 on most days since I am a student and weekends I am more flexible so I can work around your needs. I have a closed yard for my German Shepard and my cat is strictly an indoor cat. We use a mixture of dry and wet food for both animals and have frequent potty breaks for the dog.

“Tony has been hanging out with our dogs for about a month now, and they are so happy. We're thrilled with how reliable he is and how much fun they all seem to have together!”

“Ann has been walking Hank for the past month. She has been so dependable and conscientious. Hank is sweet but he can be obstinate about walking. Ann has gone above and beyond to work with him and help him trust her. Hank loves her!”

“David was absolutely great! He walked both of my dogs for a week for an hour each day. He sent the best pictures and videos. My dogs loved him will be using him in the future!”

“Joe is the best dog walker I’ve hired. He’s incredible with my reactive rescue dog, he’s reliable, punctual and trustworthy - and a genuinely nice guy! I highly recommend him and I’m grateful I found him.”

About: I am an experienced petsitter who has worked in a professional, insured capacity (for Heavy Petting Petsitting) for over a decade. I also have experience working as an Adoptions Counselor at the Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh, where I was trained in the “Fear Free”, positive reinforcement-focused method of animal training and handling. I have an extensive understanding of both canine and feline body language and behavior, and have worked with dogs and cats of all breeds and personality types! I am currently in a remote Master’s program which allows me to arrange my schedule as is convenient to my clients. I do all of my course work from home! I have a household of a dog (cattle dog mix) and two kitties who are all very animal friendly! However, if your fur baby is not a fan of other animals, I am happy to stay at your home and follow your preferences as far as house conduct goes.

About: Hi! I’m a work-from-home dog lover with experience caring for senior pups and rescues. I lovingly cared for my senior dog through his golden years and recently adopted a sweet 1.5-year-old rescue from Kentucky. I understand the patience and attention dogs need to feel safe and loved—whether it is slow, sniffer walks or long jaunts to get out some energy! I currently work from home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for drop-ins or walks at almost any time, and am available before or after work on all days, including weekends. During drop-in visits, I treat your home with the same respect and care that I ask of our pet sitters. I’ll make sure your pup is happy, fed, and has fresh water, and I’ll clean up any messes or accidents. Whether it’s bringing in the mail, watering the plants, or giving your pet some extra playtime, I’m happy to help with the little things that give you peace of mind while you're away.

“For the past couple years, Nealey has cared for my cat when I travel. I travel multiple times a year for a few weeks at a time so having a responsible and competent caregiver for my cat is very important. Nealey is attentive and caring to him. She spends time every day giving him some personal attention and makes sure he has what he needs in terms of food and water and of course lots of petting! When I am traveling, I am totally reassured that my cat will be well cared for and if there is any emergency situation that comes up that Nealey will be able to manage that and keep me apprised.
