“Amazing stay! we got pictures throughout the stay and our dog enjoyed it :) She was also very kind and accommodating to our schedule when we had to change the drop off/pickup times last minute. Will definitely trust her to keep our fur baby again!”

“So amazing! Very communicative and knowledgeable. It was our first time using rover which brings on anxiety but she quickly calmed them. My dog can be a bit nervous and she handled it well.”

“Kodi took a very good care of our dog Barley. He got lots of pets and cuddles. She provided daily updates and was very responsive to my texts. Barley looked very happy in all the pictures and when we picked him up, it was clear he was well taken care of and had a great time!”

“Air was absolutely amazing!!! It can be very nerve wrecking to leave your pet with someone new for a weekend. Air made me feel confident in Luna’s comfort and safety. Air was great at providing updates sending videos and pictures. My Luna was safe and had so much fun with Air. I will definitely keep her as my go to for boarding. Air thank you so much for taking such good care of my girl 💕”

“10/10 would recommend. She answered all my questions before booking, sent updates and photos, and communicated well throughout Tuna’s stay. My girl came home happy and comfortable. Excellent experience. Thank you so much Kelly. Will definitely book with her again.”

“Another great stay with Patti! Thank you for taking great care of Sophie. She loves Patti and Patti’s dogs. It’s a relief to have someone I can trust to leave Sophie with and know she’ll be loved and watched like she is at home.”

“Nina and Joe are wonderful! Our dogs had never been boarded before, and they weren’t very socialized, so I was concerned that their overnight stay might be difficult, but they did great and quickly learned how to socialize and play well with the other dogs! I was very proud of them, and very thankful for Nina and Joe (and Maxx and Maggie)!”

“Lynn took care of our sweet short hair cat as if he was her very own! She goes above and beyond to make the home owner feel comfortable and confident in her experienced and detailed care. I love that she took extra steps to even add security measures so that I wouldn’t worry about my cat ever getting out… I can’t recommend Lynn enough! Regan, D. Pacific Palisades”
“Darryl & Janice went above and beyond, truly exceeded expectations! This was our first time ever leaving our dogs with someone and our first time using Rover. They took the time to explain to us how it worked, reassured us with our concerns, they were patient and understanding! But the cherry on top that made this experience AMAZING was the report cards, certificates and bow ties they gave Zeus and Boo! They made this experience feel like they were staying at grandma and grandpas house and were spoiled! Thank you for your kindness and caring for our babies we will absolutely be returning!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Redlands
Air was a wonderful sitter for our fur baby! He came home happy and well rested. We felt very secure knowing he was in good hands. We received regular picture updates throughout our trip while Albus was staying with her, and we were happy to see that he was really enjoying himself at her house. Highly recommended!

Anastasia was fantastic! This was our first time having our fur baby stay with her, and it definitely won’t be the last. She was willing to take him last minute, and was very communicative and sent lots of pictures. We are so grateful that he came home happy and well fed/rested!

I was originally so scared to leave my Wellington with anyone other than family. I took a chance and chose Susette to take care of him, partly because she has other dogs that he could play with. We were able to to do a meet and greet and set my fears aside. Susette was warm and welcoming, and my Wellington took to her immediately as well as her other dogs. She kept me well informed and sent me pictures and videos throughout his stay with her. I would recommend Susette to anyone who asked. She was wonderful with my dog and I would definitely use her again and again!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
