Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities while they’re in my care. I have over 15 years of experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, farm animals, and exotics-both personally and professionally. I’m confident working with pets of all temperaments, including those with special needs or behavioral challenges. I currently work as a wildlife biologist and previously spent a few years working as a veterinary technician at an animal hospital and wildlife rehabilitation center. I also spent four years volunteering at an animal shelter, where I trained and socialized adoptable dogs. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of animal behavior and health, and I always treat pets like they are my own. I take pride in being dependable, attentive, and experienced. I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets, and I’m committed to providing the highest level of care while you’re away. I am comfortable caring for animals beyond just dogs and cats. Please feel free to reach out with any specific needs when booking. **I have a small mixed breed female dog of my own who loves other dogs. Please do not request boarding or day care if your dog does not get along well with small dogs.** Thanks!!

The best sitter ever!! Our little dog was injured prior to us leaving for vacation. Kyla was amazing! She cared for our pup and watched over him. She took the stress and guilt from us leaving as we knew he was in good hands. I would 100% recommend her and would definitely use her again.

Kyla did an amazing job taking care of Cuddles and Snuggles. She kept me updated throughout the day and sent pictures. She even made sure Cuddles got her eye ointment treatment on time. Will book her again in the future.

Schedule
I have a hybrid work schedule and work from home most days. My partner works from home every day, and is also an experienced animal caregiver. We are able to provide plenty of attention, care, and flexibility for your pets. If your pet has any specific needs, just let me know, I’m happy to accommodate.

I am a very safety-conscious person. I will create a comfortable space for your pet and will immediately communicate with you if any concerns or issues come up. I am there for anything they need during their time with me and they will be supervised both inside and outside at all times.
Pets
A typical day
I will stick to your pets regular routine as much as possible. I love being outside, so if your dog enjoys going on long walks and playing outdoors, then we are a good fit! On the other hand, if they are a couch potato then I will love to relax with them and keep them comfortable. Please feel free to let me know some favorite activities and what they usually do during the daytime!
