“Jacob was excellent! He took great care of two large dogs, one a puppy, and he handled both with care and attention which went above and beyond boarding. He offered to purchase and apply healing ointment to our dogs for nose cracks during the extreme cold! Outstanding. Provided multiple photos during our trip which lasted two weeks. Highly recommend Jacob and will use his services again in the future.”

“It was our first time using Shannon and from the initial contact, to the meet and greet and final drop-off/pick-up, Shannon was absolutely personable, friendly, and very much attentive to our dog. Although it was not necessary Shannon provided updates along with pictures to let us know our dog assimilated perfectly to her home and care. “Caramel really enjoyed his stay with George the whole week! We received daily updates and pictures of Caramel and he seemed very happy and well taken care of. We usually worry leaving him because Caramel struggles with seizures, but we were impressed how well George handled it. He stayed up with Caramel at night during his epileptic episode and made sure he’s comfortable and promptly updated us. Now we know we can leave Caramel with George anytime!”

“Joanne and her husband did a wonderful job watching our little Gizmo while we were away...They were incredibly kind and a pleasure to deal with! We could see our dog was instantly comfortable with them, she got to go on plenty of walks, adventures and had no shortage of cuddles, snuggles and attention. “Amy was amazing watching our dogs. We just moved back to Michigan and didn’t have anyone to watch them for our vacation but I instantly felt comfortable after our meet and greet. Bailey literally turned her back on me when i picked her up and wouldn't "talk" to us the whole ride home 😂 she was clearly very comfortable with Emily's family and we won't hesitate a second to book with her again! Emily loved our Bailey like she was her own, taking her for runs, snagging Pup Cups from Starbucks, and sharing all the toys a pup could need with Bailey. She provided wonderful photo updates the entire visit and made sure we knew how well Bailey was fitting in in their home. We are so happy Emily took a chance on our Bailey (she's not a fan of other dogs so finding a home where she can be the only dog is though) and didn't treat her like she was a problem like other boarders/sitters have in the past.
