Usually, I keep my early mornings and evenings free, but I'm also happy to drop by in the middle of the day for potty or play time (or much needed stress relief for myself!). About: I have had pets for as long as I could remember. Although my family started with small animals at first, when I was in high school, we got our first cat, a Scottish Fold named Cali! Now I have two dogs, Taco and Willow, and a snake, Java. I am also currently a vet student and have worked in the veterinary field for about 5 years. I have also been in the animal care industry for about 6 years. With my experience, you can rest assured that someone experienced in animal care, animal behavior, and veterinary medicine is taking wonderful care of your dog! I know how to approach both confident and fearful animals, as I have a slightly anxious girl myself. I walked my dog every four hour, and fed him four meals a day- early in the morning at 9am, lunch time at 12pm and afternoon meal at 4pm, dinner time at 7 pm. I try my best to accommodate my schedule to ensure all their needs are met. (Playtime, exercise, and attention.) My apartment is surrounded by dog-friendly parks and scenic walking routes, making it an ideal place for furry guests to enjoy outdoor time. I personally have 3 years of veterinary assistant experience, so I am no stranger to proper and safe dog handling, especially in times of emergencies. I currently work fully remote as an HR Specialist at a medical device company, so I will be home all day to watch your furry friend. We live on the first floor, so our apartment is also senior dog/disabled dog friendly. We have a patio, and our community has a lot of beautiful green belts and walking trails nearby (your pup will have LOTS of fun). We also have a dog park inside the community, too! Our friends and family consider us their designated dogsitter because we just love dogs so much! We are native to Orange County and are serving clients within OC. We are very much looking forward to hosting your pup(s)! Pet care is second nature to me. I feed my dog twice a day and relieve her at least 5 times a day (2 of which are 30 minute walks or park time). I also wipe my dog’s paws every time after she goes outside. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! I got my first dog when I was 4 and another when I was 11 whom I have taken care of on my own for weeks when family has gone on vacation.
