About: 🚨 Availability: Mon–Thu (5–9:30 AM & after 5 PM) | Fri (5–8:30 AM & after 1 PM) | Sat–Sun (Fully Open!). Hi! We're Caitlin and Kai! We've been caring for dogs, cats, small animals, fish, and frogs since our early childhoods. We have extensive experience caring for pups of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. We both grew up caring for high-energy large breed dogs, as well as smaller dogs. We currently own Ginger, our rescue spaniel mix, and have lots of experience caring for dogs with allergies, specialized diets, and separation anxiety. Caitlin has experience caring for dogs recovering from serious illness and injuries as well, including oral/topical medication delivery and wound care. She is always willing to learn how to administer injections when guided by your pup's vet as well. We are currently available available on mornings between 5-9am, and every weekday evening/night after 5pm. Beginning on Friday at 1pm, we have open availability for care at any time through Sunday at 10pm. We're typically awake early mornings to care for our own pets, and those trusted to our care. We are always available for walks and drop-ins outside of my lab hours (10-5 M-Th, 9-1 F). Weekend/Holiday house-sitting, boarding, and doggy daycare are available outside of lab hours to ensure your furry family member has our full attention during the duration of their/our stay. We aim to offer individualized attention to every beloved pet in our care, whether in our home or yours. I strive to maintain your furry family member’s routine as much as possible, and provide an enriching environment that meets their needs. We love to provide lots of play and affection for each dog or cat in our care on their terms. In addition to unlimited potty breaks, we will provide all walks needed, and ensure a safe and clean environment. We aim to provide structure and adhere to the expectations of each pet owner in addressing the dietary, cleanliness, and activity of each individual animal. Food containers, toys, yards, litterboxes, puppy pads, crates, and water sources are maintained and cleaned as needed to ensure the wellbeing and health of pets, as we would do for our own fur family.

“We were nervous about leaving our dogs for a long weekend with a stranger from Rover, but Dawn was wonderful! She's very thorough in the meet and greet, she sends lots of photos and updates throughout the stay, and goes out of her way to meet their needs. It was obvious our dogs had a great time. They had their own vacation - they enjoyed her yard and her lagoon and the company of her four dogs. She truly loves dogs, is a deeply caring and attentive person, and we would book her again without a second thought.”

About: Although I don’t have professional experience caring for pets, I do have experience watching the pets of friends and my own. I have had kittens born in my home and have lived with and care for both dogs and cats in my own on a personal level. I also have provided childcare and care of seniors. My upmost goal is to serve those in my care to best of my ability with love, respect, and attention. I am available at all times. I do attend church daily so there is an hour and a half period where I would be at home every day, but as long as your pet can handle an hour and half of me away I’m available as needed. I am available for whatever the individual needs with provided instructions. I can walk the dogs in my complex and there are trash bags available for use.
