Given her age, limited sight and hearing, and lack of teeth, she requires extra attention, and your home and attention to her was absolutely perfect for her. She loved all the cozy spots to curl up and relax, and your secure backyard and doggy door were wonderful. I also really appreciated the regular photos of Nena hanging out with your little dog Jaxon. When I picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and completely stress-free. I am so grateful for your care and would happily recommend you to anyone looking for top-notch dog sitters. Charlotte took great care of our doggo during our short weekend trip. She was available for our last minute request and over a holiday weekend, which we really appreciated, and was very flexible with drop-off and pick-up timing. Our dog seems like he had a great time with her. Would definitely recommend and will look to book with her again!

Jose took great care of Penny and Georgia. We were so happy to have the sister cat and dog together. He sent us pictures and I felt they were in kind, caring hands.

Such a great boarding experience! My little guy was having some tummy troubles leading up to his stay and Logan was great at keeping me up to date with how he was doing. My travels were affected by traffic getting back into town and Logan was super helpful with coordinating drop off and pick up. My dog came home happy and had clearly had a great stay! He even was wearing a cute bandana when I picked him up! So grateful for Logan's flexibility and the care he gave my little buddy while I was away!

Leanne and Aaron were awesome and we felt very comfortable leaving our dogs with them. They provided pictures or videos everyday and attended to their needs. We would highly recommend them!

We had a meet-and-greet where all three dogs were on their best behavior, and we were hoping that introduction would carry over to the actual sitting. It was the opposite. One of the dogs marked the apartment from stress and Melissa told us it was a reason she might not sit for us again. All three cried at the front door for the first thirty minutes and she let them key off each other's anxiety rather than separating them, which made the first stretch harder than it needed to be. Our previous sitter separated them and they settled much faster. She also suggested we book three separate sitters, which is expensive and a logistical nightmare when you're traveling. If your dogs are reactive to each other when anxious, it's worth asking about her approach before booking. We're hoping that with repeated visits the dogs will get more comfortable with her and it will get easier. Consistency with one sitter is the key.

Sabrina and Juan are the very best— Tommy runs right in and makes himself at home! We’re so lucky to have found them a year ago, only ones we trust with our baby! 😊

Diane and David treated Marvin like their own. He was so happy, calm and felt right at home. We received multiple updates including photos during our trip. We highly recommend these two for the best doggie care out there—they go above and beyond!

Maggie was great with my leash reactive senior boy! I always get worried when he’s with someone new but she took great care of him. He got lots of butt scratches, treats, and walks.

Cathleen was wonderful to our senior dog, Kira. She gave special attention to her unique needs and kept us updated throughout. Thanks for a great experience watching our girl.

Outstanding service and flexibility. Thank you so much for taking care of Willow. We had a trip to and from Phoenix come up and you were so accommodating to my departure and arrival times. Sometime it's hard to keep 4 kids (2 very young) and 2 adults on a schedule and you allowed us the grace to not worry about your end of things. We were kept up to date with photos and text updates and Willow appeared to have had a great time. Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs your services as well as keep you in mind for my future needs.

Elizabeth took care of my Coco while I was away for 10 days. It was our first time boarding and I was a bit nervous, but Elizabeth was very kind and patient with us. We first did a test run by doing a doggy day care to see how Coco would react. My Coco ended up having a great time and loved the company of Ernie and Mylo, seems like they have been friends for a lifetime. During my trip Elizabeth sent pictures and was very communicative. Coco got a lil something on his paw and Elizabeth let me know immediately and soaked his paw with Epsom salt and bandaged him up which I really appreciated. Please note this had nothing to do with her care, my pup is prone to growing cysts and it might be what happened here by the looks of it. I think coco has learned a lot from her pups & so happy he gets along with both of them really well. I feel so relieved that I can seek her services again when I have to travel again and know that my pup will have fun and be taken good care of.

If I could give a hundred stars, I would! Chris was AMAZING with my sweet boy! I have never had to leave him before and we are very dependent on each other since I work from home, we are together 24/7. I was so concerned about how stressed he would be, plus he recently was diagnosed with Idiopathic Vestibular Disease which makes him a little unsteady and dizzy. I was so worried about his ability to navigate a strange place with someone he didn’t know. I was literally sick with worry! But Chris was the best sitter I ever could’ve hoped for. He was patient and kind and gentle with my beautiful boy and I feel as though he genuinely cared for him. He was excellent with sending me updates about how he was adapting during my 10 day family trip to Scotland. He sent me so many wonderful pictures and videos, and was always very responsive if I was just missing my boy and wanted to check in on him. I never had a delay in response from him, I never had to worry that something was wrong for even a second. I’d never dream of trusting Otis with anyone other than Chris from here on out. I can’t recommend him enough! Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart! I am so grateful 🙏🏻

Brittany was very good to work with. She communicated to me through text and was very flexible due to my traveling schedule. My dog Lexi warmed up to her and gave her a warm goodbye when we were leaving. I knew that Lexi likes Brittany just by the way she interacted with her. I will consider Brittany if I need an overnight boarder again.

Danielle was great! She sent me updates and pictures every day. She is extremely knowledgeable about animals, and professional. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my pup with her. Highly recommend.

Gail was amazing with our girls. I was super nervous as this was our first time ever leaving them with someone for an extended period of time. They can be very picky when it comes to other people, dogs, water, where they sleep….everything. Gail was incredibly accommodating for their routine, diet, water preference…everything. Gail was especially receptive to my girls’ needs; knowing how to provide them space in places that they gravitated toward and also providing the opportunity to snuggle as needed. She also kept me updated on them as they transitioned from an unfamiliar environment to a place that was predictable, and I was super happy to see that they eventually adapted to the new space over time. It’s no coincidence that Gail is a star sitter with many repeat clients (including me now)!

Beth clearly loves pups and mine fit right in! She has a shaded dog run and enclosed fence so I felt at ease that the pups would be safe relaxing outside.

I just can’t say enough about Jennifer! She is a wonderful dog sitter and was SO great with our little chihuahua mix rescue dog, Remi. After bringing him home only 7 months ago, he has made so much progress but still has some little quirks. I gave Jennifer lots of information and went over everything with her. She welcomed being so informed and was not at all hesitant to take him. During our meet-and-greet, as well as his stay with her, Remi was comfortable and relaxed. Jennifer was able to read him and knew what he needed, including constant supervision in the yard since he is so small. She is very quiet, calm and relaxed, so there is an ease about her that I’m sure dogs can feel - because I could, too! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cut our trip short and pick Remi up early. Jennifer was very flexible and accommodating. When I arrived to pick him up, he was happy and excited, and acting like his normal, perky little self. I could see that he was totally comfortable and at ease at Jennifer’s house, and she was sad to see him go early because she loved hanging out with him. I felt so good about his stay and will absolutely ask her to watch him again. I’m very lucky to have found her and know that Remi will love going to Auntie Jennifer’s house in the future when Mom and Dad have to be away. Thank you, Jennifer! :)

Sara is so great with our Ivo, all the photos he looks like he’s totally relaxed or having a blast! I would absolutely recommend her!
