I am retired now and things are pretty quiet around here, so your furry friends would be a most welcome addition. Plenty of time for attention and play. My kids are Lacey, a rescued Dachshund, Newtie, a 13 year old Cincinnatiian and Jimmy, a 35 year old Amazon parrot. Newtie (the superior) barely acknowledges other animals, Jimmy, true to his Amazon nature, is forever stuck in the terrible twos stage of life and Lacey, who is laid back and loves making new friends.

A typical day
We will drive to Brandi Fenton Park on River Road for our walks. It is expansive and very safe. Early morning, after breakfast is best.

Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of animals all my life; cats, dogs and horses. I moved to Tucson six years ago from Ohio. I drove across the country with 7 cats and a parrot, staying in motor court type motels where I could have 7 cat crates and a bird cage in the room. What an experience! Since I’ve been here, six of my cats have died; they ranged in age from 17 to 21. I’ve had lots of experience with seniors and senior related health issues. I am happy to administer medication and fluids if needed.

Gail was so wonderful with my dog Spot. She even sent pictures if him! I will definitely book her for any traveling I do in the future.
Gail was wonderful with our Gronk! I had complete peace of mind for the two weeks we were away. She sent us occasional pictures of our boy and he looked as happy as could be. Thank you Gail for treating him like family.
