“Jennifer was so good with my Peanut!! i am new to the area and was worried using rover but Jennifer did a fantastic job with Peanut. He was a happy boy!!! she was prompt with her responses and communicative in general. It made my trip away easier knowing Peanut was in good hands with Jennifer. Will be booking her again!”

“Angela was super sweet and I loved the photos of my cat while we were gone! My cat hasn’t ever stayed with a stranger for that long without us and he was a little mischievous with some hiding spots but Angela handled it very well by giving him his time to come around to her. Highly recommend!! :)”

“So glad we met Taylor! Leaving our little girl Soleil with her felt like leaving her with a sweet friend. I knew she was in good hands surrounded by love. It was great to receive regular updates while we were away to keep our minds at ease. Thank you for your help Taylor!”

“Monica is a professional and knows animals (dogs) well. Her home is set up impeccable; she considers how to make your babies as comfortable as possible. Indulging there needs to truly make them feel at home. She even put this Dog Mom's nerves at ease by sending updates and photos throughout their stay. I'm definitely booking with Monica again hands down.”

“We left our 4 month old puppy for the very 1st time. Jeny took such good care of Piper! We got videos, pictures and daily updates. It was so hard to leave our puppy but Jeny was amazing with her!! Highly recommend!”

About: Your dog will enjoy every minute of their vacation at our home!!!! We always enjoy meeting new friends and introducing them to our chocolate labs. I am retired and would love to spend my days with your fur babies. I love animals and especially dogs. My heart aches that they live such a short life. I have a fenced in yard with a doggie door going out into our backyard. Our 2 chocolate labs would love to entertain your baby!!! I can also crate your dog if you prefer. We live on a quiet culdesac which is ideal for dog walking.
“Floyd & Connie are perfect Rover hosts to our dog Hank. We always feel confident Hank is well cared for and loved while he is there. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best care!”
“We couldn’t be more pleased with the care and attention our little dachshund was given during her stay with Ana. Every day Ana sent an update with pictures. I would highly recommend Ana to care for your pet.”

“We Love Shelley! Our dogs were at home and not stressed out in her pet-friendly home and fenced in yard. We never once worried about our pups as we were away from them for 10 days. Over the decades we’ve boarded at many kennels, with a variety of disappointments from dogs losing a tenth of their body weight to infections and avoidable injuries. Now that we’ve discovered Rover and Shelley, future trips and vacations will be easier and less dreaded! Shelley is truly a pet person, with lots of love to give. We’re extremely thankful for her.”

“Aliyana was absolutely amazing with my boy Kenai super attentive towards him and he had friends there too with her animals. She also sends pictures and videos throughout the day so your always in the loop of things. She took him out to play and on multiple walks and treats. I know this says five stars but she deserves more 100/100 Ladies and Gentlemen your pets deserve someone amazing and she is all that and some. Thank you for taking such great care of my boy. This is now our go to pet sitter”

“Dana was wonderful from the very start! Very quick and thorough with communication and I immediately knew that she would treat our boy like he was one of her own. Dana was eager to learn all about my dog and she has great knowledge and instincts about how to care for pets. She also sent regular updates and pictures throughout his stay, which was awesome! When we came to pick him up, I could tell that he had already bonded with Dana and really thrived in the environment. We are so happy we found Dana and I would highly recommend her to anyone!”

“Connie was so wonderful with Zoey! I,loved getting daily pic of my very happy pup and would highly recommend. Connie’s warmth and caring came across right away and she really inspired my confidence before I left.”

“Jennifer took wonderful care of our Boston Terrier, Patton. He can be shy and sensitive at first, and she was very patient with him, gave him space, and let him warm up at his own pace. She followed his routine, kept us updated, sent pictures, and made sure he was eating, drinking, going potty, and comfortable. She also understood his needs around other dogs and made sure he had his own space when needed. We were traveling overseas, and her clear communication gave us real peace of mind. We are very grateful and would absolutely trust Jennifer with Patton again.”

“Peggy went over and above to make sure our dog was comfortable, entertained, exercised and loved. She sent us frequent updates and photos. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing our fur baby was so well cared for. We will definitely book again with Peggy in the future. I highly recommend!!!”

About: Hi all! I am Lexi, a current vet tech of over 8+ years and extend my passion for animals to pet sitting at a reasonable price. I want my clients to feel secure knowing their babies are safe and well cared for whether they are on vacation, at work or gone for an emergency they can count on me! My skills and devotion are not limited to just cats and dogs, as I have experience with all types of animals- reptiles, exotics, livestock etc. I currently work part time so the time they will be alone is limited. Jeny took such great care of our pup! We brought our dog on vacation but spent a couple days away where we couldnt bring her. Jeny sent lots of photos to keep us updated. We could see our girl was having a great time and was well cared for. Would book again if traveling to this area in the future!

Our dog Luna loves to go to see Britney’s family! While she was excited to see us, as we drove away from Britney’s house, Luna stared out the back window as we got farther away. I think it was a bittersweet moment for her. I told her to not worry. She will be back again as we won’t have anyone else watch her while we are away! We are so fortunate to have selected the best sitter with our first selection from Rover.

Taylor was absolutely amazing! She knows dogs well and is super friendly and compassionate. I trusted her completely with my 3 fur babies while I flew home for the holidays. She even gave them all stockings with a toy, treat and blanket in them😊 So sweet! She kept me updated always with texts and pictures and I never was worried my whole trip. Her children are so sweet and loved on my fur kids and I was so glad everyone became good friends. I 100% recommend booking with Taylor if you are in need of fantastic sitter in Port Charlotte!
