“Britney is truly amazing. She’s been our go to sitter since last November. This time we had to go out of town with little advance notice. Britney responded very quickly that she would watch our dog. She eagerly took on the care of our dog despite the dog having a strain knee ligament. While Britney pampered Luna, she noted that the injury seemed more than just a strain. She contacted me and help us out by taking Luna to the vet for an x-ray. Turns out it was a tear, no a strain. I’m n order to keep Luna off the leg, she even slept on the couch and the floor with Luna! That is caring. I can’t praise her enough!”

When we arrived at our "pet-friendly" vacation rental home, we were told that the owner does not allow pets to be left alone in the home AT ALL. We were so flustered and worried we wouldn't be able to leave the house to watch our son. Luckily, Shelley made this terrible inconvenience manageable by allowing us to drop off our dog at her home for a few hours each day while we watched our son's tournament. Shelley was super responsive, even very late in the evening, and cared for our dog as if it were her own. About: I only take in one pet (and siblings) at a time. I think it's less traumatic for the pets if there are not other animals around when they are separated from their family. I do everything that I can to make the experience fun and loving. I love both cats and dogs for different reasons. I’ve had pets my entire life until recently. Since most of my pets died of old age, I am experienced with geriatric pets and their special needs as well. I follow your instructions on pet-care. I've watched many dogs and cats in different homes with completely different schedules and rules. I am an early bird so if you have dogs, I like to walk early before it gets too hot. But again, if your dog is used to sleeping in, I can work with his schedule. I do this for fun as well as extra income. I only take up to two pets at a time and they must be siblings. I may take in a third depending on circumstances. Just ask! I am mostly home with the pets. I even have my groceries delivered! I go the gym most mornings for about 1.5 hours. I started pet-sitting to fill the void after my last pet died. I’ve been pet and house sitting professionally around the world since 2016. I board dogs or cats in my home in Port Charlotte. I love to travel and am open to pet sitting in your home anywhere in the world, as long as it's somewhere I'm interested in. I am always interested in Eagle Rock/Glassell Park, CA, as that's where my son lives. I am an early riser so I like to walk the dogs as the sun is rising and then again at dusk. I have a large fenced-in yard so the dogs have a lot of freedom, but I don't leave them alone outside. I am working on house projects so I am almost always around. I am accepting up to two sibling dogs/cats for boarding in my home. I prefer crate-trained dogs as they feel more secure in their crates and it's less traumatic for them to be left at a stranger's house. I am flexible on this depending on the age of your dogs. Most of the time, they are free. I am finding that most dogs just follow me around since I am actively working on the house. The house is fairly new to me so there are many projects to be done!

“Britney is truly amazing. She’s been our go to sitter since last November. This time we had to go out of town with little advance notice. Britney responded very quickly that she would watch our dog. She eagerly took on the care of our dog despite the dog having a strain knee ligament. While Britney pampered Luna, she noted that the injury seemed more than just a strain. She contacted me and help us out by taking Luna to the vet for an x-ray. Turns out it was a tear, no a strain. I’m n order to keep Luna off the leg, she even slept on the couch and the floor with Luna! That is caring. I can’t praise her enough!”

I’m currently not working so I’ll have plenty of free time to watch your pets, play with them, walk them, and feed them. They will be well cared for. I have a small part of my yard fenced but there’s plenty of space for your pets to run around. I have a 4 chickens that roam around but I will lock them up if needed and I have a small senior dog.

I offer drop ins at your home or pet boarding in mine. I have a very large fenced in yard for your baby to play and do business! As well as two other puppies to keep entertainment and activity alive. Crating/separating is not an issue as I have crates if needed and a spare room.
