“I can't speak highly enough of Christine! She was attentive, communicative, and overall just such an amazing sitter for our pets. She went above and beyond to make our pets feel at home, safe, and loved. We will also reach out to Christine to watch our babies and you should too!”

“Our strong willed energetic 5 month old puppy, Yoshi, loved Katie immediately. We left her in Katie’s care for a week and didn’t have to worry about either one of them at all. It was apparent they enjoyed each other, and Yoshi got as much love and care from Katie as she would have with us at home. After we got home, Yoshi was still right by Katie, wagging her tail and eating up the attention. Thank you, Katie, for all you did to entertain and care for our pup! We’ve found a wonderful sitter for Yoshi and will refer Katie to others!”

“Naomi did a great job watching my little guy! I have a very typical Chihuahua that usually takes a while to trust new people, but Naomi was his best friend in record time. She was patient and understanding with him and sent me updates and photos often! It eased the anxiety of leaving my dog with someone new knowing she was doing such a great job. I have two more stays booked with her and I know my baby will be in good hands! 😊”

“Jorden helped me out tremendously with my puppy as he recently got neutered and cared for him while I was away. She gave me updates and communicated very well! I highly recommend her and will continue to use her for my pet needs.”

“We had Meredith house/dog sit. Our house looked immaculate when we got home and our dog was happy and well cared for. She communicated with us a couple of times while we were on vacation to let us know things were going well.”

“Courtney was hands down the best Rover we have ever had!! She sent updates and pictures throughout our trip while we were gone. Not only did she take great care of our dog and cat while we were away but she even left our place cleaner than when we left. Can’t thank you enough!!”

“We got daily updates and photos of our pups while we were away! Lucia even got our very anxious and shy dog to come around to her, which doesn’t usually happen for a very long time. We’ve been lucky to find such a sitter in our area ☺️”

“Great service! Our bunch can be very wild and Rebecca handled every issue that came up with grace. We loved getting all of the pictures and the updates plus the recommendations for products that would be great for each dog. Overall, we would recommend her.”

About: ✳️ No holiday upcharge ✳️Guaranteed daily check-ins and photos for all stays While I am new to Rover, I am extremely familiar with dogs. I foster with 2 different non profit agencies and actually have 3 pups of my own. Aka the stooges or the 3 musketeers as I call them. My own dogs range in size from 13lbs to 105lbs and in age from 3 years to 9 years. All were raised from a puppy stage so I have experience with that stage, too. DOGS LIKE TO LEARN: I am not a professional trainer but have taken what I’ve learned from putting my own 3 through training and applied to foster and visiting pups. You’re welcome to pick something from the list and I’d be happy to start the training with your dog on these! This includes the following: - walking on a dedicated side when in leash (you pick left or right) - heel - sit - place ( huge on this since it allows dogs to settle their anxiousness) - short distance recall - whistle training - clicker training - treat training - spin - roll over - army crawl - leave it - off - take it - break (release from place) - paw - kennel - lay down - drop it - wait (helpful for dogs who like to rush out the door before you) - watch me (helps me out eye contact and focus) - sit before owner opens kennel YOUR PUP: will be treated as one of my own with any additional instructions you provide. I have a full time work from home job that allows me to be with my dogs as much as I’d like. I work my schedule around my dogs meaning I workout when it’s their exercise time or I run errands during their usual down time. I rarely if ever watch tv because I end up spending so much time with my pups routine and care. I truly enjoy it! My home: I have a quarter acre fenced property with a huge covered patio for dogs to enjoy in shade. There are child gates set up within my home to keep dogs in designated areas. This ensures my pups or fosters have access to water stations and dog door for yard access when needed. Yes, I have a dog door that accommodates for dogs up to 130lbs. I have 3 water stations set up in my home and dedicated kennels for our larger and smaller pups when needed. If needed, I am Happy to crate my pups while yours is being cared for in my mentioned care rotation. They are very used to both kennel and out of kennel routines as I have had foster dogs in my home. For dogs with mobility issues that still want to get out and about, I have a dog trailer / stroller that allows them to lay inside a shaded area while still seeing the outdoors. Your home: house sitting and check-ins include more than just your pups care and I’m happy to offer these: - Check mail / sign for any packages - plant care - lights to leave on - any light household chores (vacuum, dishes, laundry, surface cleaning, trash takeout) - being present for any home maintenance appts while you’re away (to match scheduled stay) - communicating w/ any visitors while you’re away (want me to lie to your nosey neighbors? Need me to tell a regular solicitor some info?)

“Stephanie did an excellent job in taking care of our pups & our home. She is very outgoing and friendly and put our feisty chiweinie at ease right away. Our other dog followed her around the entire time. We will definitely book her again soon!”

“Luke took excellent care of our 3 dogs! It’s nice to return from a trip to dogs who are relaxed and not stressed out! The house was just as clean as we left it too! Will absolutely book with him again!”

About: I have been house-sitting/pet-sitting for about ten years now! I am able to work weekends and i have a very flexible schedule. I would love to treat your pet to the best care! Pet care fits into my weekly routine with ease. I have very few responsibilities, as I am home from college, and would love to fully commit myself to pet care! I care for my pets personally to the highest quality of care I can provide. I currently have a 5 year old dog and 14 year old one. I accommodate to the 14 year old ones dietary and physical restrictions daily, and am sure to give them all equally a lot of TLC! I take this attitude when I take care of others pets as well.

“Payton is amazing! She stayed in my home with her pup and my 5 dogs and 3 kitties and did such a great job with everyone. Several pets have special needs and she gave medications and was very communicative throughout her stay, sending pictures, updates, feedback on behavior, and updates on household items that may need to be replenished. She left my home very clean and I would ask her back any time.”

About: I grew up with dogs and adopted my first dog 15 years ago. I met my wife who had her own dog and expanded our doggie family. We then adopted three more dogs over the years. Our dogs have been well trained by Sit Means Sit. I create my own schedule as a business owner. I am ready to work around your schedule and pet care needs. Ready, Set, Let's Go! I am very cognizant of the weather and watching your pets for any signs of distress. Just like people, good exercise, water and food is essential care. A clean environment is a must!

“Kennan did an amazing job watching my baby girl. Her roommate Andy couldn’t be anymore helpful. Because of they, my dog eye looked great when we came back from our trip. This is the first time someone has ever watched our dog and the eye did not become red. Our dog warmed up fast to her and she does not do that often. I would trust Kennan with my dog in the future and her communication is spot on!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets my whole life—dogs, cats, birds, a snake, a bearded dragon, a turtle, hamsters… you name it! These days, I share my home with dogs, chickens, and some very vocal guinea fowl. As a freelance illustrator, I have the flexibility to give your pets the attention and love they deserve. I’ve even illustrated two books featuring a dog and a cat, so animals aren’t just in my life—they’re in my art! I’m comfortable caring for pets who need daily medication, too. My own dog had epilepsy, so I understand how important it is to follow routines and give meds with care and calm. Whether your pet needs a playmate, a snuggle buddy, or just someone to keep them company, I’m here to help—and excited to meet them! My schedule is super flexible! I work from home as an illustrator, so I’m around most of the day—perfect for keeping your pets company. On weekdays, I just step out briefly to pick up my son from the bus stop. My own pets are well cared for by my family while I focus fully on yours, whether that means daily walks, playtime, or quiet companionship. Your pet’s safety is everything to me. I live on a 1-acre property with a fenced yard and a doggy door for easy access—perfect for pets who are comfortable roaming close. For those who need more supervision, I’m always nearby to ensure they’re safe and happy. I’m extremely protective of animals and will go above and beyond to keep them safe (I’ve even removed a rat snake from my chicken coop—your pet is in good hands!). I’ve rescued lost dogs and helped reunite them with their families, and once even saved a duck with a fishing hook stuck in it. I’m patient with every pet, from wild little wigglers to slow-moving seniors. Whether they need gentle care or a bit of extra attention, I’ll treat them like my own—with love, calm, and total dedication.
