“We usually use a family member to take care of our cats. Due to a scheduling conflict we needed outside help. Sara did a great job! She was great at sending several photos of my happy cats. Sara was even able to see and get a photo of my super scared cat (Odie) that no ever sees, that just doesn't happen. We asked Sara to stay for an hour to love on them so they would not feel so abandoned. She did just that and we have pictures showing how our needy/affectionate cat (Loki) just crawled all over her. The area around the food and water bowl was left clean and tidy. The liter box was cleaned regularly. Thank you for attention to detail. If they could talk I am sure they would ask for Sara again by name.”
About: I’ve dog sat / walked ever since I moved to Cincinnati 9 years ago. I love helping friends when they’re out of town & helping those in need. I work a very flexible schedule at a deli in Mariemont so I am available mornings, mid days, and evenings to care for your babies I do not care for animals in my own home due to space. But when in other clients homes I make sure to be respectful of the space. To make sure to clean up any messes the pet may have made. I can also bring in mail and packages if you’re planning to be away for a few days or longer. If needed, I can stay the night at your comfort. I would never bring anyone else into your home. I will always be a message or call away!

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds - I have experience in dog-walking, dog and cat sitting and basic care. I treat them as if they’re my own by giving them all the attention they need. They are my top priority when they’re in my care! I am available for dog-walking most late afternoons. I can do 30 or 60 minutes depending on your needs! I have experience with all kinds of leashes. I will create an environment for your pet that will make them feel safe! About: I grew up in a home full of pets, ranging from dogs and cats to rodents and reptiles, which only encouraged my love for animals. Over the last decade, that interest has lead me to pursue multiple paths in the pet care field. I have learned how to care for many types of animals, how to provide a safe and stress-free environment for pets, and how to keep an open line of communication with pet parents. The greatest takeaway, however, has been building a better understanding of animal behavior and how to interact with everyone at their own pace! At the moment, I am available for two drop-in visits per day, Monday through Sunday, providing loving attention, playtime, feedings, and medication as needed. Your pet's routine and comfort are my priorities! That leads me to focus on leash safety, home safety and security, and food/medication schedules. Regular communication is important to me, as it is the best way to ensure all needs are met.

I came home to a happy, well-cared-for kitty, a beautifully taken-care-of home, and somehow my house even smelled amazing! sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
