Lifelong cat mom / animal lover & university professor with hands-on experience caring for cats/kittens of all ages and needs. I currently have two beautiful cats (Fifi & Freya). Unfortunately, one of my cats, Freya, (now fully recovered), had Feline Infections Peritonitis (FIP). This condition is typically fatal - however, I signed her up for a clinical trial from UC Davis that ended up working! This treatment required 84 days of subcutaneous shots, medication adjustments, and constant blood work/visits to vet. Having this experience has allowed me to be an cat advocate and can understand love for these cutie creatures. I have read & researched a lot about cats & kittens since Freya’s been sick. It’s allowed me to fully understand the importance of cat cues, health, and best practices for food, litter, and playtime. I have experience in the following: •Experience giving subcutaneous shots •Experience giving pill & liquid medications •Experience giving Asthma Medication •Experience with picking up cats/kittens in safe & calm way •Certified in Cat&Dog CPR •Human CPR

Naomi is the best of the best. Naomi pet sit my pythons, boa, and crested gecko while my husband and I were away on our honeymoon. I truly do not trust anyone with my pets besides Naomi. It's hard to find someone who has such love and empathy and compassion for all kinds of animals (cats, dogs, reptiles, etc.), but it's even more than that. I'm sure many of my friends and family members who live close by have love for my animals and care about them; however, Naomi is still the only person I would trust to take care of them to the depths that I would. Naomi EXTREMELY detail-oriented and does not do anything "half-baked". Additionally, outside of changing their water, misting them down, cleaning their poop, she actually held my snakes and spent quality time with them. She even took photos of her handling each of my animals (besides my one snake who was in the middle of a shed) and texted them to me so that I could see my babies and have some peace of mind while on my honeymoon. I will never ask anyone besides Naomi to take care of my animals while I am away. I promise you - she is THE best.
Naomi is one of the most responsible and loving pet owners that I know. Not only does she have an enormous amount of love for her own kitties, but my cat, Basil, absolutely loves her! Your furry friends would be in great hands under Naomi’s care ☺️
Naomi would be a wonderful pet caregiver. She has two cats herself that are very well taken care of and she loves them dearly! She has watched over many of her friends pets, mine included and my pets specifically did amazing with her!

Schedule
I work remotely most days especially on the holidays! During the semester (I am a university professor), I teach on Mondays and Wednesdays during the day. I can check in on any cats/kittens early in the morning, evenings, or weekends.
