About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life! I grew up surrounded by dogs, and my mom owned a pet-sitting business, so caring for other people’s pets was a big part of my childhood. About: I currently have a cat. I have pet sat for friends before and generally enjoy spending time with and caring for animals. Mengshu and Thomas took such good care of our kitty this weekend. We came home to a happy, well fed kitty and a neat house. Mengshu and Thomas carefully followed his new feeding plan, including measuring and preparing three different foods - adjusting quickly to a last minute feeding change prescribed by our vet. Mengshu likes to take pictures - and sent lovely albums of photos as Dusty ate, played and enjoyed their petting and brushing sessions. They also sent detailed written reports of their actions and Dusty’s reactions. Mengshu and Thomas are not only skilled and efficient pet sitters, who go above and beyond, but caring people who obviously love animals. Dusty and we, his pet parents, look forward to using their kind services in the future.
Tori was excellent dropping in for our three high maintenance pups this week! She did a meet and greet prior and they all loved on her immediately, and I got plenty of pics through each visit of more love and cuddles. She was also so patient and understanding with a few curve balls, which I sincerely appreciated (especially during a work trip when it's so hard to be away!) Definitely asking Tori back - she was amazing to our babies and with communicating throughout!
Brianna was so good with my dogs! She played with them and loved on they as if they were her own. I have Australian Shepherds and they can be very enthusiastic and energetic, she worked well with their temperament. She was very responsive and accommodating and would love to have her help us out again!

She always does an incredible job and has usually even stayed a little extra time for drop ins which is just above and beyond. I know she makes sure each cat gets attention according to their own personality and what they like, and she always remembers their quirks! She is super flexible when I’ve had a last minute change or weird circumstance and I do appreciate her.
This is the second/third time we book Daniela and I would 1000% recommend. The peace I feel knowing she is looking after Carlota is amazing. I receive cute photos and a report card with all the details of the visit, she is kind with Carlota, I can tell for how much joy Carlota shows when Daniela comes in. Our dog Holly just loved seeing Margo … she was reliable and so kind to play with her and make sure she got to go potty mid day while my wife and I worked. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
