About: My journey with pet sitting began 12 years ago occasionally watching dogs for friends and family members. Over time, I began expanding my network thanks to recommendations of those who I pet sat for in the past. Over the last decade, I have cared for dogs (including puppies and senior dogs), cats (including senior cats), ferrets, rabbits, and hamsters, among others. My schedule is extremely flexible and I am able to pet sit for both short and long term appointments. I am particularly skilled in building relationships with the pets I watch in order to understand their needs. Pet care and child care are basically my daily routine. I like to have Wednesdays to help care for my nephew, but otherwise I always say I'm free every day. With a few weeks notice, I can accommodate most schedules. I mostly follow what ever the client usually does, so that the pet is in the most comfortable environment they can have. I always meet the pets with their parents around first, so that they can show off their routine and commands to me, and I can give them some treats. I prefer smaller to medium dogs with lower energy, but I love playing and taking them on long walks around the neighborhood.

About: I’ve been dog sitting since I was younger and all through college, and now I have my own 1.5 year-old golden who is truly my pride and joy. About: I have raised 3 healthy and loved Dogs and 4 healthy loved Kitties. A guinea pig too! I love walks, hikes and snuggles. Our cat Oscar walks with me and our dogs Olivia and Beau. He is scrumptious. Beau and Olivia fill my soul. Winston our dachshund was the love of my life. We lost him last year to Kidney Disease. I have never known such pain. But I can never, not have a dog and a cat, living harmoniously. It is such a joy being their human. I am recently semi retired from 40 years in retail management. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for about 10 years, mostly my own (now senior) dogs. I also had a dog who was special needs (partially blind and deaf), and unfortunately passed 3 years ago. I am always open to taking care of your pets! I’m normally the most free every day but Wednesday and do not mind spending the night with your pets! I cannot currently house pets in my own home, but I’m always free to stay at your home! I drive, so only staying for a few hours at a time is also okay. Since I have senior dogs, they often “forget” they went outside, so frequent potty breaks (including in the night) is a must. I also give my dogs medication, so if your pup needs oral medication, I am 100% okay with that.

I’m also currently working at Petsmart as a bather in the grooming salon, so I’m interacting with a bunch of different dogs all the time! For pet sitting I fill up food and water while letting them use the bathroom in the early morning and head straight back after work to check in! Before Sadie, I house/dog sat regularly for friends for 10years. I also want to add that when house/dog sitting, when I'm not at work, I will focus solely on your fur babies and send pictures.
