About: My journey with pet sitting began 12 years ago occasionally watching dogs for friends and family members. Over time, I began expanding my network thanks to recommendations of those who I pet sat for in the past. Over the last decade, I have cared for dogs (including puppies and senior dogs), cats (including senior cats), ferrets, rabbits, and hamsters, among others. My schedule is extremely flexible and I am able to pet sit for both short and long term appointments. I am particularly skilled in building relationships with the pets I watch in order to understand their needs. Pet care and child care are basically my daily routine. I like to have Wednesdays to help care for my nephew, but otherwise I always say I'm free every day. With a few weeks notice, I can accommodate most schedules. I mostly follow what ever the client usually does, so that the pet is in the most comfortable environment they can have. I always meet the pets with their parents around first, so that they can show off their routine and commands to me, and I can give them some treats. I prefer smaller to medium dogs with lower energy, but I love playing and taking them on long walks around the neighborhood.

About: I have experience working with large groups of dogs with Allies Walkabout. I live with three cats, a dog, and a bearded dragon. I’m also currently working at Petsmart as a bather in the grooming salon, so I’m interacting with a bunch of different dogs all the time! I’m full time and work most days 730am-4pm, while I’m normally off Thursday’s and Monday’s. For pet sitting I fill up food and water while letting them use the bathroom in the early morning and head straight back after work to check in! I’m committed to creating a safe, calm and trusting environment where every pet feels comfortable and cared for. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
