“Kim was amazing with Ollie! She sent photos and updates throughout the stay, so we always knew he was happy and taken care of. It made being away so much easier knowing he was in good hands. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who genuinely cares about your pup.”

About: Hi! I don’t have any dogs currently- I put my last dog down about 1.5 years ago, but have been a dog lover all my life. I have experience with all ages and types of dogs but specialize in senior & reactive dogs. I do work full time- four days a week. I am off on Wednesdays and off on weekends. If I’m watching your pup, I’ll go home straight from work to get them out for a walk! I provide a loving, safe, and comfortable home for your pets while you’re away! I love taking dogs on walks and, when appropriate, car rides for a little extra adventure. I’ll treat your pets like family, giving them plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and care. My goal is to make your pets feel happy, comfortable, and right at home while giving you peace of mind!
“Our Coco was with Lisa & John for over a week. She did great there! It was the perfect home away from home while we were traveling. We got updates & photos, which we loved since we were missing our fur baby. Will definitely book again!”

“Katie did such a great job watching Reggie while my husband and I were out of town for a few days! We received plenty of updates and could tell he was well taken care of when we picked him up. Will definitely be using Katie again!”

“Katie and her family treated Vivi like one of their own. From text messages to confirm preferences, to photos and videos of Vivi playing, it was clear that we picked the right Rover to watch our pup during vacation. Highly recommend Katie to anyone trying avoid the traditional "puppy prison" boarding options!”

About: I've grown up my whole life around all sorts of animals. I've worked as a dog bather for a short period of time. I've helped a dog give birth in home. I was in a car accident recently so i am currently unemployed and flexible with many schedules. I will not work on Saturdays due to I am busy during that day for religious reasons I give my pets a pretty simple schedule for food and outdoor time. I am happy to give lots of play and pet time. I also do enjoy just sitting down a maintaining their claws and fur.
“Monte did a wonderful job keeping tabs on my pup! He was kind and welcoming with the introductions, as well as his furry companion. Definitely will be contacting Monte again in the future.”

“Dion is fantastic and I would definitely recommend him. He responded quickly and professionally to my last minute request. He sent photo updates and has a great room for my anxious dog to hang out in with his dog. He took my dog for a walk and has a great yard for them to play in. My dog was so calm at pick up. I couldn’t be happier! Will book with him again.”

“Finn’s second time with Holly and he ran right inside when we dropped him off like it was his own house! He was so excited to be there and hang with Millie which makes us feel so good leaving him. Thanks again, Holly!”

“Our dogs did great here with Rachel! She took very good care of them and went above and beyond, doing simple things as brushing out our pup who was shedding a lot, all the way to helping out one of our dogs who had a little bit of reflux and getting her back to normal. Got pics every day and they looked like they had a lot of fun. Great sitter, and would definitely recommend!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Dry Run
Great guy and my dog loved him. As soon as I walked into his home, I knew my dog Loki would love it. I was nervous about him having another dog, but he was very professional and made us feel comfortable knowing that he had everything under control. I will most definitely be bringing my dog back to him when we need a sitter for Loki.

Our second boarding was another great experience. My pup is 13 years old and I feel at ease leaving him with Erin to take care of his needs. I received picture and video updates throughout the stay of one happy pup! Erin is easy going and easy to schedule drop-off/pick-up times. We’ll be back many more times!

My husky had an amazing time with Tricia. Im very particular about who i leave him with so i was a little nervous going on rover and choosing someone to watch him that isn’t family or a close friend but she did an amazing job sending pictures and updates the whole time she had him which made me feel so much better about being away from him. It was like he was on his own mini vacation getting sooo spoiled!

Krista is an amazing pet sitter! She provided frequent updates throughout the entire time, which gave us so much peace of mind. Her communication was excellent, always responsive and attentive to Beanie needs. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely rebook with her in the future. Highly recommend!

Finding someone to watch my dog was the most stressful part of planning my vacation. Brooke made it all incredibly easy and stress free. She updated me throughout my trip with pictures and worked with me when I was late to pick up due to travel issues. I will absolutely use Brooke for any future trips.

Andrea was outstanding in making Ruby's first experience in "boarding" feel like home. She followed through in providing walks, loving care, and daily photographs of Ruby, with her dog, Tebow--who has become Ruby's best friend. Already scheduled for another two-week boarding in two months. I highly recommend Andrea.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
