I was so nervous about leaving my pup especially because he’s older (13) and can sometimes get anxious but they did everything they could to ensure he was comfortable and sent me consistent progress notes, videos, and pics which allowed me to see that he did get comfortable with them. They were very very sweet with him and treated him just like family. I was so worried about leaving him but after I saw that they were caring for him just as I would and saw that he was relaxed and wagging his tail in videos, I knew I didn’t have to worry! My pup was getting so much love and attention; he was absolutely getting spoiled! I won’t hesitate to book with Jacqueline again, she truly treats your furbabies like family. Jiali was amazing, through and through. First of all, she was very flexible and was able to accommodate a boarding booking for my Husky Malamute that I had booked the night before. The morning after when I went to drop my dog off, I can feel how welcoming and understanding she was to not only my dog, but also me. Jiali showed me around her residence, telling me what she planned to do for the day and what to expect, along with introducing my dog and I to her dog! All from that, I could tell she only wanted the best for us. Even after dropping my dog off, she continued to regularly update me about anything and everything, which very much eased my worries. Highly recommend Jiali for any services - I will definitely be booking her again!

I am so very pleased with Anthony's services and how he handled my elderly dog, Thor. I was very nervous leaving Thor for an extended weekend, but Anthony made the entire process very easy and calmed me down in the process. He sent consistent updates along with photos. I was surprised how much Thor enjoyed his twice daily walks! I really did not worry about my special boy the entire time I was gone. That was priceless and made my out-of-town trip much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Anthony and have no objections utilizing his services again.
