“This was the first time leaving my two babies with Krystal. As always, it is kind of scary to leave your dogs with somebody you don't know. Krystal earned our trust since the first time we met her at her house. She was very opened and answered all our questions. We were out of the country for 19 days, so regular text communication won't work. Krystal was super flexible and downloaded WhatsApp, so we were be able to talk to each other every day. We received daily updates from her including pictures. When we picked up our two dogs we were able to proved by ourselves that she was a great sitter because one of our dogs has trust issues, and she allowed Krystal to pet and hugged her right before we were leaving. During one of the most stressful and uncertain situations our family has experienced, he stepped in and helped us in a way that went far beyond simply watching our dogs. We had to suddenly evacuate due to a chemical leak and were scrambling to find care for our pups at the last minute, with no idea how long we would be displaced. Bernard responded almost immediately and took such a huge weight off our shoulders during a time that felt chaotic and overwhelming. We originally booked for four days because we had no idea when we’d be allowed to return home. When our evacuation was thankfully lifted earlier than expected, I reached out to Bernard and without hesitation he was incredibly understanding and flexible. He immediately adjusted our booking and even waived the cancellation fee! something that meant so much to us during an already stressful time. Throughout everything, he sent us pictures and videos of our pups and made sure we knew they were happy, safe, and being cared for. Seeing them relaxed and enjoying his big backyard brought us such comfort when we needed it most. Bernard didn’t just provide pet sitting, he provided kindness, compassion, reassurance, and peace of mind during a moment when our family really needed it. I was raised to treat dogs as part of our family because they definitely are. I currently have a yorkie and she is 2 years old. She is my world! She got very sick a year ago and I nursed her back to health. I am currently working part-time. I have plenty of time to take your dogs on walks and play with them at the park, so we can get in as much exercise and play time as possible! I will always keep your dog on the leash. I can take them to dog parks and take them off the leash to let them roam free within a gated area if that is okay with you. If not they would stay on the leash at all times.

About: We love creatures of all kinds! Dogs, cats, reptiles and more. I work from home full time and just had to put my sweet Arya to rest. My family loves to care for animals and enjoys them in the home. Lots of TLC, big fenced in yard and lots of snuggles. Kids are 16, 10 and 10. I work from home full time as a client support consultant. I also homeschool my three children (ages 16, 10 and 10). I am home all day! There are some sport activities that require a drop off around 3pm, but home most of the day with availability to feed, walk and care for your pets. I would be with your pet most of the day. Doors are secured with a fenced in yard with lots of grass and shade. Food is tucked away and children in the home are older and very familiar with caring for pets and keeping them safe.

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was in high school. I was volunteering at an animals shelter for about 5 years before where I gained most of my experience. My personal household has both cats and dogs that I care for daily. I am currently a college student, and working part time during the weekdays. I am available for overnight visits as long as you don’t need me to stay all day. I have been watching family and friends pets for about 5 years, and most of these visits being overnight stays. I have stayed as little as a day or as long as 3 weeks. As I do go to school and work part time I would need to be able to leave during the day for shorts amount of time.

“This was the first time leaving my two babies with Krystal. As always, it is kind of scary to leave your dogs with somebody you don't know. Krystal earned our trust since the first time we met her at her house. She was very opened and answered all our questions. We were out of the country for 19 days, so regular text communication won't work. Krystal was super flexible and downloaded WhatsApp, so we were be able to talk to each other every day. We received daily updates from her including pictures. When we picked up our two dogs we were able to proved by ourselves that she was a great sitter because one of our dogs has trust issues, and she allowed Krystal to pet and hugged her right before we were leaving. During one of the most stressful and uncertain situations our family has experienced, he stepped in and helped us in a way that went far beyond simply watching our dogs. We had to suddenly evacuate due to a chemical leak and were scrambling to find care for our pups at the last minute, with no idea how long we would be displaced. It was my very first time using a dog sitter and I was a bit nervous but they made sure everything went smoothly by arranging a meet and greet beforehand and introducing their dog and Miso at a nearby park before going back to their house. They sent me multiple photos and updates of Miso every couple hours, which I really appreciated.
