About: I’ve had a pet (or 20) as long as I can remember but I’ve been working in the pet field professionally for 6 years now. Everything from fostering, pet care, dog training, dog walking & sitting, & working in a shelter. I also work with TNR everywhere I go. I love my scaly & feathered friends as well; I have experience across the board. I’m comfortable with bottle babies, seniors, pets with special needs (can administer most medications), & pets with high anxiety/reactivity. My schedule is completely freed up while I prepare for a cross country move so I have endless time to tend to your pets :) I strive to keep your pet’s routine as normal as possible while you’re away! Whether that means sticking to a detailed schedule, maintaining training expectations, or simply providing extra playtime and cuddles, I tailor my care to each pet’s individual needs. I’m happy to accommodate most special instructions and quirks that help your pet feel comfortable and secure.
About: I feel I am great with interacting with animals. I make sure they are shown love when I am with them and I make sure they are well taken care of and in a clean area. I will be a college student and will use my free time to make sure your animals are cared for. Some days I may not be able to but I will do my best to make things work. Our dog is treated with love. She is like a human in our home. She eats with us at the same time and gets to play and hangout with us wherever. We take her on walks and we make sure she is loved.
“Tara was great! She completed all tasks very well. She left my house neat and clean w dishes done and garbage and recycling taken out. I’ve only used 3 other pet sitters and she was by far the best! We had a little difficulty communicating and operating around the bitter cold, snow and ice conditions, but she rallied. Tara is personable and conscientious - I would definitely book her again.”
“Howdy. Kayla C has been phenomenal with Zen and I really appreciate the service she has provided. Every time I get an update pic from her, Zen looks so happy and I am so glad he's being taken care of.”

About: I have had extensive experience taking care of dogs across multiple age groups, especially older dogs who require more frequent bathroom breaks, medicines, and special routines. I have also grown up in a house with numerous cats and dogs, leading to being familiar with how they interact and how to take care of each animal. Finally, some unique animals that I have taken care of include a lizard and a bird. I live in a studio in Atlanta for graduate school and I miss being with my pets back home. During the week, I would be able to stop by during the day for a bit in the morning, during lunch, and after class through the evening. On the weekends, I am mostly doing studying or homework anyway, so it would be nice to have some company while I do it! I will be attentive to each pets needs and provide them ample love and affection when I am present in the house! I will not just be dropping by for a few minutes, but will spend quality time with them. That way they feel loved, appreciated, and remembered.
About: I have 10 years of experience dog walking for an animal shelter as a kid/teen. From that, I have learned how to interact with many different types of dogs and cats with different personalities and behaviors. I have been walking dogs, pet sitting, and caring for animals for over 10 years now. I love all animals and am very responsible. I will be very dedicated to taking good care of your pets! I have house sat for many families including dogs, cats, and birds. I enjoy large dogs and cats, but am open to caring for any and all animals. I am willing to walk dogs as far as they need. I aim to provide a sense of normalcy for animals when they are away from their owners. I am currently working 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday), so I have Friday and weekend availability to help care for pets! I also have some evening availability depending on the day. I will always strive to make animals feel safe and loved in their home and provide care that makes them feel as if their owners are still there. I want to make animals feel like they are receiving enough attention and are comfortable while under my care.
“Heather was great with drop in care for our pups. Even got them out for a walk which was great! Prompt communication and great meet and greet. High recommend, will book with her again for our next trip”

“Fantastic job, she kept me updated on my cats while I was away. Also when the power went out, she went right over to make sure they were safe and put my mind at ease! Thank you”

“Nathaniel has been amazing with our new pup! He’s reliable, kind, and clearly passionate about providing great care. Since we recently got our puppy, it’s been such a relief knowing someone trustworthy is coming by to take our dog out while we’re at work. He’s always accommodating, communicative, and great with our pup. We’re very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for dependable pet care!”

About: I’ve never known a time during my life when I didn’t have a pet. My family had several dogs and I even owned some exotic pets. My current doggo is Kali, a five year old Bernedoodle. As somebody who is highly empathetic by nature, I connect really easily with animals. For this reason, family and friends always trusted me to take care of their loved fur friends. I work well with young to old pets, and am accustomed to very gentle training and care with lots of love. This is my full time gig. I’m autistic, so being around animals is both therapeutic and what I enjoy as I find it to be much less stress inducing than work that requires socialization. I also have a special connection with animals as I’m a very empathetic person and read energies well. I have a yard and a friendly, trained bernedoodle that works very well with other dogs. She’s been in training and daycare since she was a puppy. Your pets are more than welcome to have a playmate if they’re friendly as well. I also have a large crate if your pet needs kenneled. I give pets constant attention and honestly spoil them, so to me they are just another family member.

“Amanda was very communicative and willing to work with us and our dog. She went above and beyond trying to make sure our dog was able to go to the bathroom, which even cost her an extra trip. I would definitely recommend her!”

“Jackie took great care of all our pets! She was prompt, spent time with them, & really put our minds to ease knowing our 4-legged family members were in good hands. I would definitely recommend her!”

About: Here for all your walking needs. I'm skilled at working with dogs with mild behavioral problems, such as aggression towards other dogs while on leash or skittishness around other dogs or people. I have a confident, no nonsense attitude for dogs that also focuses on positive reinforcement through verbal, sensory and food rewards. If you have specific tasks or difficult things you are working on, let me know and I will be happy to work them into the time I spend with your dog. As a trained social worker, I'm very focused on looking at the reason for a behavior and working it through with you and your dog, instead of punishing for bad behavior. If that sounds appealing and useful to you, let's chat! I work primarily from home, so I can sometimes take more urgent requests. I am also able to come more frequently on weekends and holidays. I follow the rules and order of the house, trying to keep to a consistent environment and routine. If a certain route matters, we’ll do that. If a certain toy has to be there, we’ll get it.
Piper pet parents share their Rover experiences
Nicole did extremely well. Great communication through out, and took good care of both cats. Our cats are not friendly at all, and routinely hide from strangers, but by the end of her care period, they were brave enough to show themselves so we got to see pictures of them, which is a sign that she was really good with them.
