About: Since I was a kid, I've been surrounded by pets. My dogs have been my buddies, showing me the ropes of training and taking care of furry pals. And you bet, I've also chilled with plenty of cool cats along the way. Whether it's dogs or cats, I've got the experience and love to keep them happy and well-cared for. Pet care fits seamlessly into my schedule and routine. I've tailored my commitments to ensure that I'm never away from home for more than three hours at a stretch, giving your furry friend the attention and care they deserve. With my wife working from home three days a week, there's always someone around to keep our pup company. And on weekends, we make it a priority to spend quality time together, cuddling with our pup and exploring the great outdoors with walks in the park. At home or at clients' places, pets get personalized care. We're lucky to have a private dog park nearby for playtime. Also, safe trails offer scenic walks. Plus, our pet spa ensures comfortable baths for a relaxing experience.
“Magen took care of Buddy for me while I was away. She kept me updated with a couple of photos each day and let me know he was doing well. He seemed happy and relaxed when I got home, and it was nice to know he was being walked and cared for. I appreciated having the peace of mind while I was gone. I'll definitely be booking with her again in the future.”

About: I haven’t had much experience with cats, other than helping take care of them in an animal shelter. I played with them to make sure they stayed active and felt loved. I will do the same with yours.

About: As a cat owner myself, I love caring for other cats as well. I have always had cats for as long as I can remember. I really enjoy meeting cats of all personalities, as I know all cats are unique.
About: Dogs and cats have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, since I was a very young kid. I have also grown up around fish, birds, gerbils, and Guinea pigs. I worked in a vet clinic for several years during high school and college, so giving medications orally or injection is no problem. I also bottle raised 3 kittens when I was 11 years old and another one when I was working at the vet until it was old enough to be adopted! I currently have two dogs of my own, and a rambunctious kitten. I do have a full time job so my availability is mostly limited to my days off on the weekends. I could be available occasionally during the week later in the evenings ( around 6pm-9pm) , and additional days through out the year when I have vacation scheduled and no plans. Fridays, Saturday’s , and Sunday’s I’m fairly flexible and free. I will care for your pets and home as if they were my own. Dogs will be supervised even if they are in a fenced yard. I encourage and appreciate detailed instructions on all of your pets needs.

“I totally trust Tara to take good care of my kitty while I’m gone. She’s a super nice person and does everything that is asked of her and more. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and responsible person to look after their pets.”

“Heather was great with drop in care for our pups. Even got them out for a walk which was great! Prompt communication and great meet and greet. High recommend, will book with her again for our next trip”

About: I am looking at getting a full time job when I can. For now, I would love to be doing this. I have had dogs all my life, so you learn how to take care of all sorts of breeds. I have also been able to take care of cats as well as horses. I currently am looking for a full time job, so I have open availability. Except Saturdays and Sundays. Got to have some days off, right!!! Taking care of pets at someone's home means feeding them, taking them outside, playing with them. I'm able to board and my dog would love the company.

About: I’ve taken care of and attempted to adopt every stray that came along since childhood but had my own since 2012. I’m comfortable with administering oral medication to a cat that has had a little time to get to know me and feels safe with me and with instructions on what works best for them. I also have experience preparing food and medicine for E tube administration. I know that cats have a huge variety of needs and I work hard to meet them where they are at. Whether they need a presence in the house or pets til my hands are tired.

“My pup, Sage, had a great time hanging out here while I was at work. I was only in town for a week and Rae was very flexible with my schedule and drop off times for Sage in the morning. She sent me pictures throughout the day and kept me updated. Sage loved playing with all of the dogs and came home tuckered out from all the activity. I would definitely use Rae again in the future when Sage and I are in town on business.”

I currently work some evenings and weekends in order to homeschool during the day so we are home often. I will be clear about availability during bookings. My family is fur-baby friendly with 4 goats, a flock of chickens, two sweet puppies, and a cat currently. During bookings my two dogs (one is an outdoor farm dog) and cat will be kept separate to ensure the safety and comfort of all. Any medical, training, attention, and care needs will be accommodated as requested by the owner.
About: I’ve taken care of all different types of pets in all stages of life since I was 8 years old. I grew up with dogs, cats, turtles, birds, and hamsters in my household so I know how to handle a variety of situations. I’m currently on break from school and I work part time so I am available on weekdays and morning/afternoons on the weekend. My schedule can be adjusted so feel free to reach out and we can work something out for your pet care needs. I live in a gated apartment complex with two fenced patios in my unit. We share numerous outdoor lawn areas for pets, but I will always keep your pet leashed when outside for safety and security. When caring for your pet in your home, I will ensure your pet is given attention and love along with their proper everyday care. I am respectful of other peoples homes and will make sure it stays as a safe place for your pet.

“This daycare has been great for my super fearful rescue who came from a puppy mill/hoarding situation so she has no idea how to be a dog. They have been SO patient with her and having somewhere affordable she can go while I work 12 hour shifts has been such a relief I can't even verbalize the magnitude of difference it has created in our lives. I'm telling anyone and everyone who will listen about this place. Cannot recommend enough.”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my house since I can remember. I’ve learned the different signals they use to communicate their needs with us. I’m currently working part time and in the process of switching to a remote job. Either way- I will be able to pay plenty of attention to the animals in my care! I have an unfenced yard, but I will take dogs for walks frequently. If they are an active pup, depending on the comfort level of the owner and dog, I can take them to a dog park!
About: I’ve been pet sitting for 9 years and caring for animals is truly one of my favorite things ever. From playful puppies and curious kittens to senior pets who just want extra cuddles, I’ve done it all. I also have experience with special needs pets, reptiles, birds, and those wonderfully dramatic high maintenance fur babies who act like they pay the bills. I’m free spirited, goofy, adventurous, and always ready to make pets feel safe, loved, and entertained while you’re away. Whether that means playtime zoomies, slow walks with senior pups, or giving your cat the personal space they demanded five minutes ago, I’m happy to adapt to every pet’s personality. I send daily updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are having a great time. I also leave a little pet magnet behind as a thank you for trusting me with your furry family members. I’d love the chance to meet you and your pets and become their new friend! I currently do Rover full time, so I always try to keep a spot open for my regulars and new furry friends too! My schedule is super flexible and I’m happy to work around your needs. I just ask for at least a day’s notice whenever possible. As of 2025, I officially have a home with a fenced in yard, so your pups will have plenty of safe space to run, play, sniff every blade of grass dramatically, and enjoy their own little vacation while you’re away. 🐾 If your pet loves the outdoors, no worries here! I make sure potty breaks happen every 1 to 2 hours, and with my fully fenced in yard they’ll have plenty of safe space to stretch their legs, sniff around, and burn off some zoomies. I also live right down the road from Wyandotte County Lake Park, so walks and little adventures are always an option for energetic pups. I offer training, endless affection, and personalized care to help your pet feel completely at home. Whether your furry friend needs long walks, nonstop playtime, couch snuggles, or even a dim light and TV left on at bedtime so they don’t feel lonely, I’m happy to make them comfortable. I also offer baths and light grooming when needed, so your pet comes home happy, fresh, and probably just a little spoiled ✨

About: I have loved dogs all my life. In the past few years I walked over 100 shelter dogs and took training for nervous and shy dogs. I have also worked with reactive and sensitive dogs, and fostered a few puppies. I enjoy all dogs including high energy and active dogs. I only work part time so I have plenty of time to care for your pet. Most days are devoted to caring for animals around here. I am very conscientious about safety with pets. I have a secure fenced yard at home but always watch the dogs when they are out. My German shepherd Husky mix helped me dog proof the house as well
“Stephanie took such great care of our two dogs during the five days of daycare. She was so kind and flexible with my work schedule. My dogs loved going over there and we'll definitely be using her in the future!”

About: We love dogs, and after a short break while renting, we're thrilled to be back in business now that we once again have a fenced yard and the space to give dogs the care, attention, and spoiling they deserve! We're experienced in administering medications and caring for older dogs or those who need a little extra support, and we're happy to follow your dog's specific routines and care instructions. I work from home on Monday and Friday. My office is 10 minutes away so I can come home at lunch time on Tuesday-Thursday for those who need more frequent potty breaks. I have a fenced backyard with lots of shade for those who prefer prolonged sniffing and lounging. For tiny guests I have an inflatable collar so they can't wander between my metal fence posts. If your dog loves walks, we have quiet neighborhood sidewalks and nearby walking trails. I feed all dogs separately and can provide a separate area for a dog who may be feeling uncomfortable with other guests. I have experience giving medications, shots, and caring for older dogs or those who need a little extra support.
“Ashlyn was amazing! She has a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood that’s close to downtown KC and amazing parks, it was very convenient to drop Snowy off every day while I played in a tennis tournament. She sent photo’s every day, I’ll absolutely book with her again if I’m in town.”

“I booked with Taylor to watch my dog for a couple hours one morning. He has separation anxiety. She understands the needs for a dog with SA and was able to help manage his nerves while we were gone for some errands.”

About: Much more than just “pets”, dogs are our loyal, loving family members. Facebook: KC Pet Nanny Time to book stays for your summer plans!! It’s never to early to book & guarantee your spot! We recently had to let our 14 year Manitou, our beloved German Shepherd mix go. We adopted her when she 2 months old!! My daughter was 8 at the time and got to grow up with her “sister.” When she got her own place at college and wanted a dog of her own, I helped my daughter find and rescue her own 2-month old dachshund puppy, Margot. We spent the summer together crate training and potty training the newest member of our family, my grandpuppy. We attended Puppy Training classes together where Margot learned good manners with people and other puppies her age. A little about myself; I worked as a Paralegal for over 20 years. January of 2020 I decided to start petsitting full time. I saw the need for “dog nanny” services, housesitting & caring for some dogs who do not handle new environments as well as others or other dogs. So I focus on one on one care. I also open up my home for “dog lodging” where the dog is treated as a guest & I make them feel as comfortable as possible & stick to their normal routine. Our home is smoke-free & our fenced in backyard is chemical free (I like dandelions!) Our dogs are like our children and grandchildren. I understand how much yours mean to you, and I will always take care of your dogs as if they were my own.

About: Hablo Español / I speak Spanish! I've had dogs nearly my whole life and cats since 2022. In my youth I was a German Shepherd breeder and I have experience both raising and taking care of many dog breeds. I am a happy dog mom of a six year old golden retriever named Lulla and two calico cats named Georgina & Agatha. I have knack for sparking joy in dogs and cats and I genuinely enjoy interacting with them. I am retired and spend most of my time taking care of my pets and exercising at my local YMCA. I prefer not to drive at night so my availability is limited by sunset. I may be available for drop in visits on the weekend upon request. My main availability will be around noon Monday to Friday. I am great at following clear and preferably written instructions. I will take care of your pets as you want them to be taken care of. I understand that every pet is different, and every dog parent is different, thus I tailor my approach for each client. At home I have two cats and a dog and I reside in an apartment complex where there is a fenced dog park.
“Using Rover for the first time and my current schedule calls for last minute scheduling- Angela has been an incredible help accommodating this. We so appreciate Angela and her wonderful care!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15 years old. I started out volunteering at a local animal control. As I got older I continued to volunteer at local rescues, which is where I started working full time as a kennel attendant. I fostered and helped rehabilitate dogs for 2 years. I’ve handled puppies all the way to seniors. My unique ability to stay with dogs with behavior/anxiety issues is what sets me apart from other sitters. I work from home currently and only have my 2 personal cats. So my schedule is pretty flexible with overnight care! With drop ins and walks my afternoon availability is a little difficult. I have a fenced in yard. I have 2 personal kitties who are well behaved. When staying in your home I will provide as many daily updates as necessary.
About: I love animals and have 2 dogs of my own. I will love and nurture your pet like my own. I will build trust and make sure they are safe and cared for. I have a lot of spare time so I can basically come pick up your dog and take them on an adventure anytime! We can walk, throw the frisbee or do anytime they want/can do! At home, my pets are treated as if they were my children. They are loved and cared for like royalty. They have everything they need in life to be comfortable.
About: I have over 21 years experience caring for and fostering dogs of all sizes, ages and breeds, 4 years of experience sitting and fostering cats, and experience caring for animals with medical issues. I also have a 5-star rating on Trusted Housesitters, and countless satisfied customers. I'm passionate about what I do, and understand the importance of maintaining your pet's routine. I provide personalized care, ensuring physical and emotional well-being. From daily walks and playtime to feeding and cuddles, I will go above and beyond to make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and happy! I'm a freelance substitute teacher, so my schedule is very flexible. I can be your pet's dedicated cuddle and play partner all day during the weekday! And my weekends are usually free. I am very quiet, clean and tidy, so you won’t have to worry about coming home to a mess. I always go over an extensive questionnaire with pet parents to ensure your pet receives the upmost care.

About: I’ve never known a time during my life when I didn’t have a pet. My family had several dogs and I even owned some exotic pets. My current doggo is Kali, a five year old Bernedoodle. As somebody who is highly empathetic by nature, I connect really easily with animals. For this reason, family and friends always trusted me to take care of their loved fur friends. I work well with young to old pets, and am accustomed to very gentle training and care with lots of love. This is my full time gig. I’m autistic, so being around animals is both therapeutic and what I enjoy as I find it to be much less stress inducing than work that requires socialization. I also have a special connection with animals as I’m a very empathetic person and read energies well. I have a yard and a friendly, trained bernedoodle that works very well with other dogs. She’s been in training and daycare since she was a puppy. Your pets are more than welcome to have a playmate if they’re friendly as well. I also have a large crate if your pet needs kenneled. I give pets constant attention and honestly spoil them, so to me they are just another family member.

About: Hi, I’m Nate! I’m 19 and have had dogs most of my life. I’ve independently cared for our family dog, Loki, for five years — managing walks, feeding, and daily care. I’m currently dog sitting for my cousin’s German Shepherd/Husky mix, Wallie, he was rescued from an abusive situation, helping him build trust and feel safe. Pet sitting is my primary focus right now, which means I have open availability and can provide reliable, attentive care throughout the day. I’m committed to making this my main job and building lasting relationships with both pets and their owners. For safety and comfort, I provide care in your home so your dog can stay in their familiar environment and routine. I treat every home with respect and responsibility. Your dog’s safety is my top priority, and I carefully follow all instructions to ensure they feel secure, comfortable, and well cared for at all times.
About: Your pets are treated like family. Spoiled, respected, and kept safe at all times. Playtime and peace of mind are important to you. I know as a pet parent myself. I grew up with dogs my whole life. I have trained some since they were a puppy. Others I have trained as a rescue or later in life that needed another chance or change in behavior from food agression. I am very keen on checking a dog's body language to make sure they are comfortable and reading cues that could lead to aggression and diverting a situation before it escalates. Keeping them and others safe is a priority. I can accommodate if you have new pets that need slow introductions to one another or need separated during feeding times. I am in the medical field, and I am comfortable giving eyedrops, eardrops, and additional medication as needed. I also have good attention to detail if there is something that may need further evaluation with your pet. I can also brush your pet or their teeth if allowed by them and by special request. All of my pets are on flea/tick prevention and up to date on vaccines. I am happy to give them as many pets and attention as they want. I work from 9-5:30pm 5 days a week. I can be available some mornings or evenings. And on my days off. I am off work during the weekend. I can take your pet out on walks, play in the house, or in the backyard for potty breaks. Whatever is most convenient for you. I'll always check and make sure the collar or harness is fitting appropriately so they won't slip out and be safe.
About: I have been in the animal field since I was 16, completing a veterinary assistant program during high school. During Covid, I helped my aunt foster 3 rescue beagles as well as caring for her other two dogs. Since then, I have worked at multiple doggy daycare and boarding facilities and have pets of my own! I work 6am to 6pm every Tuesday-Friday so ideally, I’d need flexibility on drop-in visits for those days, but I have open availability on the weekends + Monday I am currently only providing drop-in visits which means your pet/s will stay in the comfort and safety of their own home. I always do meet n greets where the pet will be staying.
