About: I grew up on a small ranch in Texas surrounded by all kinds of animals, from dogs & cats to horses & cattle. Over the past few years, my family has bred and raised several litters of golden retriever puppies. This gave me even more experience with raising & training dogs, and led to the adoption of my own dog Sam. I also have experience babysitting dogs for friends and family! I'm currently a stay-at-home wife, so I have a lot of flexibility during the week. Pet care is ideal as it allows me to work around my husbands work & class schedule, while caring for our own dog & home. I will offer consistent, kind care to your dog or cat! I love going on walks with my own dog, playing fetch, and offering lots of cuddles. I am happy to interact with your animal according to your personal comfort level, knowning that some dogs & cats may prefer more alone time than others. I have had 2 dogs in my life and both have passed away so I'm ready to love on other dogs without the responsibility of ownership I currently work full time but am free most weekends. About: I have both a cat and a dog. My dog is 14 years old and we adopted him as a puppy. My cat is 4 and I’ve had him since he was 4 months old. I’ve watched family and friends animals since I was 12. I also volunteer at the animal shelter in Fargo. I know how to handle a variety of different dogs and feel confident around them. I strive to give the best care I can to all animals I encounter! I am in high school and have a part time job so I need to be notified in advance for availability. I can come before school or to exercise or care for your animal. I care for my animals by walking my dog daily and he gets fed twice a day and brushed occasionally. My cat gets free fed and gets his wet food once a day. He doesn’t use the litter box often because he’s an indoor and outdoor cat but when it’s dirty I make sure to clean it thoroughly.

I know a lot about the different dog breeds as well, since I am considering owning a dog boarding place one day! As I am preparing for college I am very flexible. I don’t have a set schedule for any day, so I can make sure your pet is taken care of. I make each pet’s care fit their individual needs while keeping them comfortable and safe. I provide plenty of exercise through walks and playtime, but during the summer heat I schedule walks for the early morning or evening when it’s cooler. If it’s too hot outside, I focus on indoor activities and enrichment to keep pets active. I also make sure they have fresh water, plenty of attention, and a calm, caring environment throughout my visit or stay.

I can easily visit 3 times a day and could make accommodations for more visits if necessary. I am willing to care for your babies at your home or even at mine. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so there will be lots of play time if you wish. I also have separate spaces if needed such as an extra room and fenced in back yard. I am able and willing to do nail trims and bathing if necessary as well as make sure they take any necessary medications. With me they will have lots of time outside and lots of time to play.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
