We loved receiving regular updates, complete with videos and pictures of their walks and training sessions. She took extra time to work on things Rocky needed help with, like improving his leash manners during their long walks. At first, Rocky was nervous and barked a lot after our meet-and-greet, but Jennifer had such a calm and patient way with him that he quickly warmed up and felt comfortable. We could really see the progress and care she put into every visit. Jennifer went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. About: I have had a dog almost my whole life. I’ve also watched my family and friends pets while they have been away a lot through out the past 7 years! I know a lot about the different dog breeds as well, since I am considering owning a dog boarding place one day! As I am preparing for college I am very flexible. I don’t have a set schedule for any day, so I can make sure your pet is taken care of. I make each pet’s care fit their individual needs while keeping them comfortable and safe. I provide plenty of exercise through walks and playtime, but during the summer heat I schedule walks for the early morning or evening when it’s cooler. If it’s too hot outside, I focus on indoor activities and enrichment to keep pets active. I also make sure they have fresh water, plenty of attention, and a calm, caring environment throughout my visit or stay.

About: I am a Veterinary Technology student at NDSU with a passion for helping all kinds of animals. I have professional pet care experience working at a pig barn, vet clinic, impound, and pet store. This has given me a vast experience with animals of all species and care levels. I am well versed in providing medications and have even raised a litter of kittens. I also love animals of the feathered and scaled variety and would be happy to provide them with care. I am a college student with plenty of spare time to take care of your furry companions. I can easily visit 3 times a day and could make accommodations for more visits if necessary. I am willing to care for your babies at your home or even at mine. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so there will be lots of play time if you wish. I also have separate spaces if needed such as an extra room and fenced in back yard. I am able and willing to do nail trims and bathing if necessary as well as make sure they take any necessary medications. With me they will have lots of time outside and lots of time to play.
About: I've grown up with vastly different dogs; my first was a grumpy senior cocker spaniel and my last was the sweetest, smartest Australian Shepard/blue heeler. I've also taken care of friends' and family's pets like my aunt's deaf pitbull and my cousin's St. Bernard. Needless to say, I have a wide range of pet experience. About: I have had dogs my whole life and I am very comfortable around them! I love to go on walks and play with pups as much as I can! I work from home during the week and leave for meetings or errands occasionally but will be home to keep your pet company! Home most summer weekends and I love to be outside and go on lots of walks. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
