Whether it’s daily walks, overnight stays, or specialized care, I’m dedicated to making sure your furry family member feels safe and happy. I work part time as a vet assistant, meaning the longest you can expect me to be gone is 4 hours, though this isn’t often. Working on the side allows me to learn more about animals and provide better care for your fur baby! I provide a gentle and calm approach to all the animals I care for. I have a service dog in home that caters to my, and your pets comfort. In addition, I work with you to find a schedule and approach that works best for your pet. Dogs are fitted with a Fi Series 3 GPS collar prior to walks and stays to ensure the safety of your pup

About: I am a dog mom that works from home. I have had a dog for 20+ years. I have experience with giving medications and training. Family have relied on me to watch their pets for short and long term. I am certified in Cat and Dog First Aid and CPR. I work from home. Your dog will have free range to roam in a pet safe environment, multiple opportunities to go outside, and other dogs to socialize with, per your discretion. Dogs will have free range to a pet safe environment. I have a split level home, so your doggo will have the option to chill with me or with me and my two lab mix dogs. Your pup will be taken out as needed, toys to play with and a comfortable place to snooze. Your pup will engage in multiple play sessions throughout the day and will be taken on a walk, weather pending. A kennel is available for use, but in general they will not be kenneled unless I need to leave the house or it is bed time.

Our home was exactly as we left it, the food dish for the cats was full, litter boxes clean, and our cats seemed very happy. We have a very skittish cat who mostly hides when visitors come into our apartment, but Mari was able to gain her trust and even petted her! I was absolutely blown away by our cat's comfort level with Mari that she allowed her not only to see her but pet her! We will definitely reach out to Mari again for future stays!!”
