“Allison was beyond amazing! I could feel her kindness from the start. She was so good with our dog. This was our first time leaving him since he was very young and he had so much fun! She has a deep understanding of dogs and is in tune with their needs. She sent updates and pics throughout the stay which was reassuring. Would recommend over and over.”

“Katrina did an excellent job of caring for Knox. He appeared to feel very comfortable and found a friend among the pups that were there. He had good social interaction and was a tired pup when we got home.”

“Pam was absolutely fantastic with our golden, Bruce. She was so incredibly kind, responsive, and sent us pics of him having a great time. Bruce came back to us happy, and very clearly had a relaxing, low stress weekend. Could not recommend Pam more!”

“Jennifer did a wonderful job watching our little dog. Her family is so nice and friendly. Next time we need to leave our pup in the FM area (we are from the Twin Cities) we will be looking forward to using Jennifer’s services!”
“Lyudmila was very friendly and sent many updates and pictures of Merlin. I'm very anxious when leaving my pets anywhere, but he seemed to have a great time. She was also able to take us on last minute. Thanks so much for watching my pup!!”

“Ms. Elizabeth is wonderful and took great care of my Maybel. Maybel even peed a few times in her house and pooped once. Needless to say I was mortified but she was soo relaxed about it. She was not upset at all. I highly recommend her!!! ??????”

“Eric and Gretchen were so great with m anxious boy! I could tell that he immediately felt comfortable in their home. Highly recommend and will definitely book with them again!”

“Eve had such a great time with Yuki! She comes home so tired from all the playing, and Yuki always keeps my mind at ease by sending pictures of Eve having so much fun throughout the day!!”

“Sabrina and her family were wonderful to work with. I felt immediately at ease meeting with them and Ted had a great time staying at their house. They sent plenty of pictures of his adventures and we've already booked another stay with them. Would give more stars if I could, definitely recommend trusting your pet with this family!”

“Taylor's care was simply fantastic. Her own dogs are so gentle and welcoming; you can see that Taylor and her husband are dog lovers. My dog craves exercise, so I was a little hesitant about how she would adjust to staying in an apartment, but I should never have worried! Taylor made sure she had lots of safe, outside, running time at the park! She sent us pictures and updates, and although Sydney was glad to see me, she was also stress-free and obviously well cared for. I recommend Taylor 100%.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
