About: I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals since I was young, including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, sugar gliders, ferrets, hedgehogs, geckos, and more. I have worked as a dog groomer since 2017 and have also boarded many pets over the years, ranging from overnight stays to several months at a time. I developed an interest in dog training and have trained my family’s Great Danes. Additionally, my own dogs have completed advanced obedience classes with me at our local kennel club. While I enjoy training, my true passion lies in grooming and conformation shows (UKC). I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they deserve. Boarding is available on weekends and weekdays after 3 PM. My husband or I are usually home, allowing us to accommodate most schedules, including pick-ups and drop-offs. For everyone’s safety, dogs are kenneled only if we need to leave the house. I’m comfortable following specific care routines, diets, and habitat needs to ensure they stay safe, comfortable, and stress-free while you’re away I have a large, fully fenced private yard and standard poodles who love to play chase. Your dog will have access to secure kennels, comfy dog beds, or even the couch to relax on. We also have a toddler who loves to give plenty of attention with those comfortable with small children In the summer, we bring out dog pools and splash pads for extra fun, along with lots of outdoor playtime. For indoor downtime or during cold/bad weather, I provide a variety of enrichment toys, including puzzle toys, Topples, squeaky toys, balls, and stuffies. While I have the most experience with dogs, I also have extensive experience caring for cats and a wide variety of exotic pets,I understand that each species has unique needs and am happy to follow detailed care instructions to keep them safe, comfortable, and stress-free.

“Mindy was absolutely amazing with our dog Brodie! From the moment we dropped him off, we felt confident that he was in great hands. She kept us updated throughout the day with photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. Brodie came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

Allison was fantastic! I was having some work done at my house and being able to bring my dogs to Allison's for daycare was such a relief. I didn't have to worry about them getting in the way of contractors, or sneaking out the door and they got some extra attention and walks, which they loved! Will definitely use Allison again in the future!
