“My partner and I were driving across the country with our 50lb Samoyed, Jack, to relocate to our new home. On our trip, we decided to stop through Fargo where my family is from and take in NDSU football game — Go Bisons! We needed someone to watch Jack for the few hours we were at the game, and Taylor readily accepted our last minute (day before) request. Jack is a calm, friendly dog who seems to have been experiencing some anxiety on the long drive and is not consistently eating or pooping. We were a little nervous leaving him with new people in a new place when he was already on edge. However, Taylor and her family seemed to put him at ease immediately. Taylor kept us updated with pictures and milestones, and when we picked him up he had eaten all of his food, pooped, and played a bunch outside. He seemed happy, calm, and well cared for. About: Hi there! I've owned dogs nearly all of my life and absolute love being around them and taking them on adventures! I enjoy hiking with dogs, going for a stroll in a quiet neighborhood or stopping by the dog park for some social time. I work full time M,W,Th,F (every Tuesday off) from 8:00am-5:00pm. With 2 dogs of my own (cavalier/shih tzu/bichon (17lb) and golden retriever (60+ pounds), we have a timely feeding and walking routine. Your pup will fit right in! With a two story house, patio, and open yard with a walking path nearby, the opportunities are endless for your pups needs to be met! Your pet can snuggle up on the furniture and/or bed or be crated if that is your preference.

About: I genuinely enjoy caring for animals. My kids are 10 & 7. They have grown up with pets in the home & understand to respect the animal. I am able to give them attention throughout the day as I work in my home. I only accept 1 dog per day as a playmate to my own dog & to ensure the dogs have enough supervision. I have a fully fenced yard for them to explore & enjoy. I'll keep you updated with photos throughout their stay. To ensure safety and a stress-free stay for everyone: -Dogs must be comfortable in a home environment -No severe separation anxiety (must be able to settle when I step out briefly) -No destructive behaviors (chewing furniture, doors, crates, etc.) -No aggressive behaviors toward people or other dogs -No escape artists (must respect fencing and gates) -Up-to-date on vaccinations and flea prevention -Friendly with children and other dogs I work from home in an office upstairs. Currently, my pets are able to roam freely throughout the house. I am able to do 10-15 minute walks in the morning, (longer during lunch, afternoon, & in the evening. I have a fenced in yard. The pets are able to roam freely throughout the house, or I am able to coral them to one side of the house when we leave. Dogs will be crated during the night.
