My biggest issue is people who watch multiple dogs at once, so I was relieved to find that America only watches 1 dog family, at a time. America answered every question I had before the booking and the meet and greet was perfect. The house is set up for Zuko to free roam and the backyard was a great size for him to roam. I was very anxious and that all disappeared when we went to the meet and greet when they all hit it right off. We were sent daily pictures/collages and videos of Zuko's progress, I always felt in the loop. America also offered to FaceTime whenever we felt like it. I was very hesitant about Zuko being walked and America put that right to ease. I would definitely recommend America (and Martin)!”
