About: I am a true dog enthusiast! I have owned my own dogs and 1 cat for several years throughout my childhood and young adult years. I have also taken care of many family, friends, and neighbor's pets over the years. I have experience in a veterinary setting as a volunteer for 2 summers as well as in a pet boarding setting. About: Hello! I’ve owned and cared for dogs and cats for most of my life, so being around animals has always been a big part of my day-to-day life. Recently my family has also added lizards and ferrets, and I help with their feeding, cleaning, and general care. I also worked at a dog boarding and training facility for eight months, where I gained hands-on experience caring for multiple dogs, making sure they were safe, exercised, and comfortable while their owners were away. I’m very attentive, patient, and genuinely love spending time with animals. My goal is always to make sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while giving owners peace of mind. 🐾 I am currently working part-time going to school. I always try to look at my schedule before agreeing to anything and always try to plan around my schedule when agreeing to things. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive lots of attention. I also keep their space clean, follow any specific instructions the owner provides, and make sure the pets are safe and happy while their owners are away. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual needs and always treat them with the same care and patience I would give my own pets.
