Many of my friends and neighbors have trusted me with their pets, from all sizes of dogs, to cats and even farm animals as well! About: I spent my first year in animal care working at a boarding facility for high risk dogs; dogs who couldn’t be kenneled with other dogs, dogs with bite histories, etc, so I have plenty of experience working with nervous dogs or dogs that need a bit of extra warm up time. After that job unfortunately closed, I worked at another boarding facility where I interacted with 80+ dogs a day on average, and loved every minute of it. I’m hoping to move into more unique, one-on-one care with the dogs I get to meet through this. I have a lot of experience with dogs that need extra warm up time or can come off at first as “aggressive” or “hard to handle”—in fact, these are some of my very favorite dogs to work with! About: I have cared for pets of my own my whole life. We recently had to say goodbye to our pup, so I would love to be around dogs and help people with any dog-walking and/or dog- sitting needs. I work Monday through Friday, with flexibility to make frequent visits home from my office. My mornings and evenings are usually available for walks, as well as weekends. About: I’ve had a dog in my household ever since I was born, in that time 2 of my 6 dogs have had puppies which I have raised. As my dogs aged I’ve taken care of them in their senior state. After turning 16 I’ve expanded my care to the local dog shelter and within my neighborhood. I am currently in summer break from school until august 10 when I go to Colorado for college. I am free mostly any day before then. I have a fenced yard with 2 other dogs who live completely outside, they are great with other dogs. My parents and younger sister live with me. Unfortunately my father doesn’t allow larger dogs in the house so they will spend the day in the yard where there is water, shade, and if needed, a separate section to be away from my dogs.
