“Maria was such a pleasure to work with and to have watch our fur babies. She went above and beyond to make sure that our home was tidy and cleaned up when we got back. Both of our pups took a liking to her very quickly and we will definitely be using her services again soon. She also asked all the right questions and when she needed clarity on something she did not hesitate to reach out which I think communication is key. I highly recommend Maria to anyone out there who is looking for a trusted and responsible individual to care for their home and their pet family.”

“Amber is so caring and attentive to our 3 elderly dogs. We went out of town for 4 days and she sent us frequent pictures and updates. 5/5 or if I could giver her a 10/10!! We’ll definitely be booking her again!”

“I was nervous about someone we just met staying in my home with my dogs while we were away. Also, I have three pitties who come with a LOT of energy. Chris did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable at the two meet and greets, as well as this past weekend while we were in Tennessee. She was communicative and very helpful. She left the house cleaner than when she arrived. It’s safe to say that, given how it has gone so far, we are much more confident going to France for almost two weeks in a few days here. We’re confident Chris will take care of our home and pups. Got ourselves a dog sitter.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats my whole life, with most of my experience in small and medium dogs, cats, and senior pets. I love the unconditional love animals give and show that same care by keeping their routine consistent and their needs fully met. To help pets feel more comfortable with me in their own homes, I take time to make them feel safe by interacting with them and letting them warm up to me (at an in-home meet-and-greet beforehand). I’m experienced with giving medications, following special diets, and handling pets with unique needs. Owners can count on me being highly communicative - sending updates as much (or as little) as you prefer. I’m a full time in-home physical therapist and bring empathy and attentiveness to my patients on a daily basis. I bring this same level of care and dedication to my petsitting. You can trust me to treat your pets with the same love and respect you do. I currently work 4 - 10 hour days but can stay over and spend as much time as possible with your pet(s). I do work M-W and F but can be there all day Thursday and weekends. I will come to your house. Walk, feed, love on your pets. I can collect mail, take out trash and leave your place how I found it.

“Brenda was wonderful with our girl. I REALLY appreciated the picture updates. Kept me updated throughout our trip on how our Hazel was doing. I will definitely be reaching out to Brenda for our future sittings. Thank you Brenda!!”

About: I have absolutely loved animals ever since I can remember and have helped take care of my families dogs, and I am confident in my own ability to care for your beloved pet as well! I help feed and walk my families dogs and of course play whenever they so cutely demand. As I am home from college for the summer my schedule is extremely flexible and I can’t wait to take care of your furry family members! I can feed and administer any oral medication needed with clear directions as well as take longer walks (2-3 miles) as I do at home with my own two dogs.
“Susan was great!! From our original meet and greet through her first house sitting while I was out of town. Communication was spot on, pictures of Rocky, walks even when it rained ALL DAY LONG. I recommend and have already rebooked a second house sitting.”

When I commit to a schedule for your pet, that becomes my priority. Accepting all schedule suggestions. Dax..a mixed breed rescue is going on 10 this year. He has a porch and an outside dog run along the side of the house. He tends to venture off to the neighbors dogs when he finds the opportunity. So he is leash walked when we go out. He has a free run of the house, as well as my brothers dog when she visits ( bernadoodle )
About: I've had all different kinds of pets throughout my life (cats, dogs, rabbits, ducks) - and have lived on homesteads with farm animals too. Most recently I've been full time house and pet sitting over the last year while traveling. I have completed 24 assignments with glowing off the charts 5 star reviews. House/pet sitting has been one of the the most special things I've ever done. You can be sure your pup will get daily walks in local parks or trails, playtime in the yard or the dog park, and lots of cuddle time too - there will be no shortage of affection and attention. Please note that my two children do accompany me on overnight pet sitting assignments. They are wonderful with animals and under my supervision the entire time, though please be sure your pets are comfortable and okay with children prior to sending a booking request. Thank you! I'm a work from home, homeschooling mother. I have curated our lifestyle such that we have flexibility throughout the day. I always welcome an opportunity to get outside with your pups for a walk and play time. Please note that I do overnight pet sits with my two children. I supervise them at all times, and they are wonderful with animals, though please be sure your pets are comfortable and okay with children prior to sending a request for booking. I regard pet and house sitting as an honor and responsibility. Caring for what people love and cherish most. I bring my heart and presence to each assignment, insuring your pets are always in a safe loving and enriching environment, with an attentive and trustworthy caregiver.
About: I am the one who walks the dog(s) since childhood. I currently live with a chill pug and a very loving protective Cain Corso. I will most likely be able to devote attention all day due to my free schedule. Understanding the emotions of animals is simple for me. So anxious, scared, and lonely dogs are easy to communicate with. Its only the past 3 years that I have ever gotten paid to take care of dogs. My schedule could not be more free at the moment. I will update this if that ends up changing. I suppose it is nice to spend holidays with family though. My pug doesn’t go on long walks any more but I walk my big dog every day. I enjoy playing with my dogs everyday. My cain corso who appeared a little after the hurricane loves attention, usually in the form of belly rubs. My pug likes to cuddle and always has to be around the humans to feel at home. The dogs usually sleep in my bed. When I meet a new dog I let usually let them smell me and get lower so I am not standing over them.
About: I’ve had several dogs of my own and lived with others: lab/pit mix, pits, two German Shepherds, a Great Dane, a friendly chihuahua, and an evil chihuahua. I’ve rescued dogs off the street, and am all around good with animals. I have a job that gives me a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I do travel from time to time, which is why I don’t have a pup of my own. I can be whatever your dog needs. If he’s old, we can relax together; full of energy? We can throw sticks around and run. Small and skittish? Food is a great incentivizer to build trust. I’m looking to make some extra cash and enjoy the company of your pets. I will make sure your dog is happy, fed, played with, and comfortable. I only take on one client at a time, so owners do not have to worry about their pets interacting with another owner's pets. Your loved ones will have my undivided attention.

Kalie P.
“We were away for 10 days when our original in-home sitter had to cancel last minute, and Kalie was a total lifesaver. She stepped in quickly and took amazing care of our two pitties and our sweet kitty. One of our dogs needs a weekly injection for allergies, and Kalie handled it confidently and with no fuss. When our other pup wasn’t acting right, she checked in with us and then took him to the emergency vet without hesitation. We were so grateful she was paying such close attention. She kept us updated throughout the trip, and during our FaceTime check-ins, it was clear our crew was calm, happy, and totally comfortable with her. It gave us so much peace of mind to know they were in such capable and caring hands. As an added bonus, Kalie left our house cleaner than when she arrived, which was a wonderful surprise after a long day of travel. She truly loves animals, and it shows in everything she does. We appreciate her more than we can say and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and dependable pet sitter.”

Ginger was awesome in every way... We have 2 dogs, both resues: one that's 16+ years old and one 5 yrs old, with lots of trauma issues. Ginger was patient and understanding and accommodating. She updated us regularly and took great care of them and our house. I recommend her highly!

Kristen pet/ house dat for our 3 dogs and we couldn't be happier with the way she took such good care of them and our house. The smaller of the dogs needed special attention due to a spinal issue and Kristen was the best nurse maid for her during her stay. We would recommend Kristen to anyone needing excellent care for their families. Looking forward to seeing you again soon Kristen! Thank you!
My wife and I usually travel with our pups "Happy" and "Healthy" (10 year old miniature Schnauzer mixes) by car whenever we can but recently we needed to make a short trip to a non-pet friendly destination. We had the option of leaving them in a kennel or finding an in-home pet sitter. We were lucky enough to find Erika on the Rover website. She stopped by our home and we did a "meet and greet". Our boys took to her right away and we knew immediately she would be a good caretaker for them. Our trip came off without a hitch. Erika was happy to text us photos at meal times and it made it very easy for us to enjoy our short time away. When we arrived home the house was spotless. We both give Erika our highest recommendation.
