“Annie has been amazing for our girl! She is punctual and trustworthy. She even brought in our packages for us. There was a scary situation with a neighborhood dog that was out, but she handled it very responsibly and safely by alerting a neighbor and ensuring both she and my dog were safe. She’s great!”

“Danielle is so great! She accepted my last minute request & walked my two pups in this cold, December weather. She so sweet to them & gave them some love afterwards & took multiple photos.😊 I can tell my dogs liked her a lot.🐾”

“Christina is the best petsitter. My experience with her for the past 4 months have been amazing. I was never worried about my dog and she took care of Kai so well. 1000% recommended”

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember - there’s never been a time I wasn’t sharing my home with a dog or cat. From a young age, I was given full responsibility for my pets, and that early experience taught me the value of attentive, compassionate care. In high school, I rescued and raised three sweet dogs and even an entire litter of kittens. I was their their primary caregiver, managing everything from daily routines to unexpected health challenges. I have hands-on experience administering oral medication, assisting dogs during seizures, and caring for both energetic puppies and slow-moving senior pets. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I treat every animal I care for like part of my own family. Since moving to the Birmingham area two years ago, I’ve settled in with my lovable lab mix Millie, my playful goldendoodle Mila, and my spirited kitty Cheeto. They bring me so much joy—and I’d love to offer the same loving, reliable care to your pets while you’re away. Whether it’s a walk, a cuddle, or just some extra attention, I’m here to provide “loving care when you can’t be there.” I work a hybrid full-time job during the week, which means I’m home a few days each week and out visiting customers on others. This flexible schedule allows me to be available for drop-in visits and walks—especially with advanced planning. On the days I work from home, I’m able to provide extra attention, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day. For days I’m on the go, I plan my route thoughtfully to ensure I can still meet your pet’s needs. I’m happy to work with your schedule to make sure your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and never alone for too long. When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I’ll take time to learn their habits, preferences, and quirks—whether it’s a favorite toy, a special feeding routine, or just knowing where they like to nap. I’m respectful of your home and keep everything clean, secure, and just as you left it. Most importantly, I make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well-attended while you’re away because they deserve nothing less.
About: My first friend was an old bulldog mastiff. My next one was a jack russell terrier. The list went on and on until I graduated college and took in my first little mutt. I've always had dogs, I've always found companionship and comfort in their presence. Growing up along side them, I've learned a lot about their behaviors. Just like people, every dog is so different! And it is such an exciting adventure to get to meet a new one and learn about them! If I walk your dog or do a drop in visit, know that I am devoted to making them as happy as possible! My senior chihuahua is blind and most owners don't allow another dog to be brought, so that is why I can't offer overnight stays. (If you are not most owners, feel free to message me and we can arrange a sleepover!) I also have an older boxer mix who is an awesome walking buddy if you don't mind. Other than my dogs, my current schedule is completely open to whatever needs you have for caring for your dog. I always respect the space I am in. "Leave it how you found" it is my motto. I like to spend a lot of time outdoors, and that means keeping a watchful eye at all times!

About: I’ve worked in a veterinary clinic as a vet tech in training, but what truly matters is my love for animals. From bouncy puppies to gentle seniors, I care for every pet like they’re my own—making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while keeping you updated along the way. Caring for pets is a natural part of my day. As someone with hands-on veterinary clinic experience and training, I’m comfortable building pet care into a structured routine—whether that means morning walks, feeding schedules, or evening cuddle time. Since I’m currently in school, my schedule is flexible, which allows me to give pets the time and attention they deserve throughout the day. For me, pet care isn’t an “extra task”—it’s something I love and look forward to. When I’m in a client’s home, I care for pets the same way I would in my own—lovingly and with respect for your space. I follow your instructions closely, from feeding and walks to playtime and routines, so your pet feels safe and comfortable. I keep things tidy, double-check doors and gates, and always treat your home with care. My goal is to make sure you come back to a happy pet and a home just the way you left it.
About: With over 16 years of experience in animal care, I bring a strong background in both small and large animals, including horses, livestock, and dogs. I’ve worked in veterinary clinics and dog boarding facilities, which gave me hands-on experience with animals of all temperaments and needs. While I value the structure of those settings, I believe in-home care is the most comfortable and stress-free option for most pets. I currently care for two dogs and two horses of my own, and I approach every client’s animal with the same level of respect, patience, and attentiveness I give my own. House Sitting Availability: I’m available for overnight care only, providing feeding, walks, and supervision during the night hours. Drop-In Visits Availability: I can provide up to two drop-in visits per day, including feeding, potty breaks, and basic care. In home boarding : I live in an apartment with a fenced deck, have two friendly dogs, and kids aged 3 and 8. I provide plenty of walks, playtime, and attention. I never board more than one family at a time, so your pup gets all the care and attention they need while you’re away. I prioritize safety and trust above all else when caring for pets in your home. Creating a calm, secure environment is essential to help your pets feel comfortable and relaxed while you’re away. I treat your home and pets with the same respect and care I would expect for my own!

Annie is truly so sweet! My dog Charlie is scared of hardwood floors, which I forgot to mention on Annie’s first day, so Annie made her a blanket island on the floor to get her to “safety” 🥹 Honestly it was the cutest thing. I knew immediately she’d be a great fit for my cutie pies. Both of the dogs just love her so much! We couldn’t be more thrilled.
