“Highly recommend Jamie. She stepped in while I was recovering from knee surgery and walked Pippa every day. She is dependable, on time, friendly and communicates well. Pippa was always excited to see Jamie when she came.”

“Danielle is so great! She accepted my last minute request & walked my two pups in this cold, December weather. She so sweet to them & gave them some love afterwards & took multiple photos.😊 I can tell my dogs liked her a lot.🐾”

About: I’m 39 years old and there has been a pet in my life since I was 7. I’m an only child and my pets quickly became like siblings (we didn’t fight like them, promise). I became the primary caregiver for my mom’s two senior mini dachshunds a few years ago and was able to get them crate and pee-pad trained. One of them crossed the rainbow bridge sadly, but my other little old lady is doing well. I fall in love with every animal I see and I would love the chance to fall in love with yours. I’m currently working a full time second shift job (1pm-11pm) so I have the mornings completely open to check on your babies. I’m also a night owl and have no problem doing a nighttime check after work or begin an overnight stay. If you have a fenced yard, I will let them outside and let them do their business before tossing a ball or toy or running around with them to get the zoomies out. If no yard, then I will take them out on a leash for a walk then some playtime inside. Food and water will be checked and refilled; cuddles will be provided at will. :)

About: I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, from puppies to senior dogs and Chihuahuas to Great Danes! All of which I’ve had no trouble with as I’m extremely sensitive to dogs and their personalities/temperament. I’m especially good with active dogs because I love to play! So you don’t have to worry about your furry companion and I not getting along. I’m doing pet care full time for the summer and I will be doing online classes at UAB during the fall; I’m almost always available for you and your pet. I typically feed, walk or provide company and companionship for your fur baby. However this is very dependent on both the owner’s and pet’s needs. Please let me know what I can do for you!
About: My first friend was an old bulldog mastiff. My next one was a jack russell terrier. The list went on and on until I graduated college and took in my first little mutt. I've always had dogs, I've always found companionship and comfort in their presence. Growing up along side them, I've learned a lot about their behaviors. Just like people, every dog is so different! And it is such an exciting adventure to get to meet a new one and learn about them! If I walk your dog or do a drop in visit, know that I am devoted to making them as happy as possible! My senior chihuahua is blind and most owners don't allow another dog to be brought, so that is why I can't offer overnight stays. (If you are not most owners, feel free to message me and we can arrange a sleepover!) I also have an older boxer mix who is an awesome walking buddy if you don't mind. Other than my dogs, my current schedule is completely open to whatever needs you have for caring for your dog. I always respect the space I am in. "Leave it how you found" it is my motto. I like to spend a lot of time outdoors, and that means keeping a watchful eye at all times!
“Jessica has been absolutely amazing from day 1. She's always gone above and beyond for my pup. She goes out of her way to take a ton of pictures, and always keeps me in the loop. It is so appreciated. I will definitely re-book”

About: With over 16 years of experience in animal care, I bring a strong background in both small and large animals, including horses, livestock, and dogs. I’ve worked in veterinary clinics and dog boarding facilities, which gave me hands-on experience with animals of all temperaments and needs. While I value the structure of those settings, I believe in-home care is the most comfortable and stress-free option for most pets. I currently care for two dogs and two horses of my own, and I approach every client’s animal with the same level of respect, patience, and attentiveness I give my own. House Sitting Availability: I’m available for overnight care only, providing feeding, walks, and supervision during the night hours. Drop-In Visits Availability: I can provide up to two drop-in visits per day, including feeding, potty breaks, and basic care. In home boarding : I live in an apartment with a fenced deck, have two friendly dogs, and kids aged 3 and 8. I provide plenty of walks, playtime, and attention. I never board more than one family at a time, so your pup gets all the care and attention they need while you’re away. I prioritize safety and trust above all else when caring for pets in your home. Creating a calm, secure environment is essential to help your pets feel comfortable and relaxed while you’re away. I treat your home and pets with the same respect and care I would expect for my own!

Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, playtime, feedings, litter box scooping, or even baths, I’ve got it covered. I don’t do boarding or keep pets at my place, but I’m happy to help however I can in your home. I’ve got years of hands-on experience and also run a rescue, so I’m used to handling all kinds of animals, personalities, and needs. I treat every pet like family and always aim to make things easy, safe, and stress-free — for you and your animals. Let me know what you need! Pet care is nonstop for me — it’s what I do every single day. My routine revolves around walks, drop-ins, baths, enrichment time, and everything in between. I’m used to being on the move and keeping up with each pet’s schedule. This isn’t just a side gig — it’s a big part of my life, and I’m fully committed to giving every pet the time and attention they deserve. I provide care in my clients’ homes where pets are most comfortable and relaxed. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible — whether that means feeding, walks, playtime, or giving medication. I’m big on building trust with each animal and making sure they feel safe while their person is away. I always leave things clean, double-check food and water, and send updates so you know your pet is in good hands.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and caring for them is truly a passion of mine. My priority is always making sure every dog is happy, well-exercised, and well cared for—with full bellies, fresh water, and plenty of attention. I previously worked at a dog kennel for a year, where I gained hands-on experience caring for many different dogs and personalities. I loved building relationships with them, and they always responded well to my calm, caring approach. I also regularly spend time at the dog park with my own dogs, which has helped me become comfortable interacting with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. When your dog is with me, they’ll be treated like family. My goal is to give you peace of mind and make sure your dog has a safe, fun, and positive experience every time. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I care for my own dogs every day by feeding them, making sure they always have fresh water, taking them for walks, and spending time playing and exercising with them. I also regularly take them to the dog park so they can socialize and stay active. Because caring for dogs is already part of my everyday life, adding pet sitting or dog walking fits in easily with my schedule. I enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. When caring for pets, my goal is to keep them comfortable, safe, and happy while maintaining their normal routine as much as possible. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I make sure they have fresh water, are fed on schedule, get plenty of exercise, and receive lots of attention and playtime. I also provide a clean, safe environment where they can relax and feel at home. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect the owner’s instructions and follow their pet’s usual routine for feeding, walks, medication if needed, and playtime. I spend quality time with the pets so they feel comfortable while their owner is away, and I always make sure they have fresh water, a clean space, and plenty of care and attention. My goal is to make the experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible for both the pet and the owner.
About: I love all animals - especially dogs and cats. I have a cat named Zelda and two dogs named Goldie and Simba. I walk and take care of my parents, Bischon named Lacy, when they go out of town. I worked at Pet Palace during my time at Auburn University. I was responsible for bathing, feeding, and walking all the dogs that would board with us or come to doggie daycare. I worked with all breeds and sizes of dogs. I live across from Heardmont Park with a fenced in backyard and a big park and walking trail at the front of my neighborhood. I work full-time, so I'm not available during the week. I am available every other weekend for house sitting when I don't have my son. I can also do walks and drop-in visits most weekends. I will treat your dog or cat like one of my own. I suggest a meet and greet to make sure that they are comfortable with me before booking the stay.
“Jacks loves Olivia. She is so sweet and loving to him. I thought he would be scared since he’s a puppy and hasn’t had a lot of interactions with people but he came right to her. I would recommend her to anyone!”
