About: I am a very warm, trustworthy, nurturing person who loves animals of all kinds. I’ve had pets my entire life. My first job was at a vet clinic at age 15 working in the boarding house with the dogs and cats. I’ve dog sat for family & close friends for 20+ years. Animals are normally pretty drawn to me but I was raised to pay attention when a dogs body language communicates that they might need time to warm up. I try to give them as much space and respect that they need. I am a small business owner which allows me to have flexibility in my schedule. Thought this would be a fun way to fill the time in-between meeting with clients. Would love to spend time loving on your pet while you are away. Willing to provide the attention and care that each individual animal in your home may need while you are away. I am very nurturing and have great attention to detail, love to snuggle but I am also very active and love to be outside.

About: I have always had multiple dogs in my home. My family has a love for rescuing dogs so we have taken in and fostered numerous dogs in the past. I cared for many dogs while in Tuscaloosa for college. I have since moved to Birmingham and become a NICU nurse! No matter what your baby needs, I’m here!! I am a full time nurse so my schedule varies! I typically work 3 days a week, so depending on the week I will be available different days! I love to be active and love to run around with energetic dogs as well as give love to the cuddly dogs! I base my approach based on the dogs needs, every baby is different!

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I currently have two dogs, Chance and Otto, and I know how much our pets mean to us. When your pet is in my care, they will be treated with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. I previously worked as a sea lion and dolphin trainer at Gulf World Marine Park, where I gained hands on experience with animal care, behavior, and training. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I work weekdays until 4:30 PM and am available for evening visits, overnight stays, and weekend pet care. About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I was #1 dog sitter for about 5-6 neighbors through high school and college. I’ve taken care of many other dogs and cats as well. As a current medical student, I wish I could have my own dog but the time and finances won’t allow until I graduate. So for now, I can help take care of your pets and you can help me get my snuggle fix in! As a medical student, my schedule is often changing. I do have most evenings and weekends free for studying and I could always use a study partner or walk break! School is priority - but I will do my best to work with your schedule as well as my class schedule! I do currently live in an apartment, so boarding pets in my home is not a great option. I’ve stayed at very many homes to care for pets. Your pets health and safety will be my main concern - and I will always respect your home as well!

About: I’m 39 years old and there has been a pet in my life since I was 7. I’m an only child and my pets quickly became like siblings (we didn’t fight like them, promise). I became the primary caregiver for my mom’s two senior mini dachshunds a few years ago and was able to get them crate and pee-pad trained. One of them crossed the rainbow bridge sadly, but my other little old lady is doing well. I fall in love with every animal I see and I would love the chance to fall in love with yours. I’m currently working a full time second shift job (1pm-11pm) so I have the mornings completely open to check on your babies. I’m also a night owl and have no problem doing a nighttime check after work or begin an overnight stay. If you have a fenced yard, I will let them outside and let them do their business before tossing a ball or toy or running around with them to get the zoomies out. If no yard, then I will take them out on a leash for a walk then some playtime inside. Food and water will be checked and refilled; cuddles will be provided at will. :)

About: I have always loved animals- any and all types. I have owned dogs and cats as pets my entire life. I’m an honest and loyal person. I will provide the greatest care for your furbabies and make sure they are loved as my own. I volunteered with local humane societies and I also worked as an animal cruelty investigator for years. Animals live shorter lives than us humans so we have to make sure everyday is great. I have fostered numerous dogs and puppies that I found in abusive situations so providing a little extra care is no biggie to me. I would be happy to drop in and check on your animals, take them for walks or board them at my house. I have a ten year old child that knows how to treat animals. About: I’ve owned animals for most of my life, dogs for 12 years, generally 1-3 at a time. Through caring for my own dogs, I’ve gained experience with feeding schedules, administering medication, walks, basic grooming, basic training, and noticing when something seems off. I recognize every dog has different personalities and energy levels and routines that are important. I believe pets deserve kindness, consistency, and attention, and I will care for your pets the same way I’d want mine to be taken care of. I work from home full time, so I can easily accommodate most schedules/times and every day of the week. I’m more of a night owl but can definitely figure out what will work best for you and me and your pet! I have a fenced in yard, we have 3 dogs in the home, who are playful and dog friendly. If you prefer them to be crated at night especially in a new strange place that is easily accommodated. Whatever you do with your pets I will do my best to replicate to keep them feeling comfortable and at home! I have no problem with communication via text/call about or during visits, and am happy to send update photos each day!

About: Ever since I was a kid, I would beg my neighbors to let me bathe, brush, walk, or even just play with their dogs. When I was about 16, I decided I wanted to do dog grooming. Since then, my career path has shifted into being a hairstylist, but a goal I have is to get into dog grooming in the future. I will do my very best to give your pets the best experience with me as possible! I’m currently working part time in a hair salon. but on my days off I would love to spend my free time showing your pets love and keep them safe while you’re away💞 While your pets are in my care, they will be separated from any other pets unless friendly with others. If you have any medication or other medical needs for your pet, I am able to take care of those needs!

About: I had 3 cocker spaniels as a kid, separately, loved them, they loved me. Did everything together. Would love more time with dogs. Cats, too I work 5 evenings a week from 5pm-10, (shorter that overnight sleep), off Monday and Thursday. It has worked out great for both sides. Just a mile from home. There’s community property where pets do their business, we’re required to pick up poop. All dogs are leashed to avoid issues. Leashing required in Hoover.

About: I have 2 labs that have been a member of our family for 15 years. I also volunteer at the shelby co. humane society and the birmngham zoo. I understand why most people do not board with a vet and I feel the same way. My animals always have less stress and handle the seperation from human members alot easier. your furry family members are very important an I could not agree more. The dog park is one of our fovorite places.
