Natasha and Hamir were communicating daily with brief recap of the day and Laika’s photos from her walk and during her cozy downtime. They were willing to accommodate any requests we had. Natasha and Hamir are one of a kind and we can only wholeheartedly recommend them as wonderful people and dog lovers. We surely found a place we can call a “home-way-from home” for our Laika in the future as well.”

Whether your dog enjoys a neighborhood walk, a wooded trail hike, a sniff walk, puzzle games, fetch, or simply relaxing with companionship, my goal is to make every visit enjoyable, enriching, and stress-free. I have over 14 years of hands-on experience with dogs, including supervising groups of up to 30 dogs in a professional dog daycare and caring for puppy groups under 4 months old. For more than five years, I also organized dog hikes throughout Westchester County, NY, and Fairfield County, CT, giving dogs a safe, structured, and fun way to exercise and explore. My experience is strongest with Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Doodles, Cavaliers, and other friendly companion breeds that thrive with individualized attention, exercise, enrichment, and companionship. While I welcome many different breeds, I always schedule a meet-and-greet first to make sure we're the right fit for each other. My own Golden Retriever, Kobi, was my best friend and adventure partner for over 12 years. I intentionally keep boarding and daycare small by accepting only one guest dog at a time, or two dogs from the same family, so every dog receives plenty of supervision, affection, exercise, and individual attention. I also have a playpen available for puppies and young dogs who benefit from structured rest time. My apartment is on the second floor, so dogs should be be comfortable using stairs. While living in England, I helped care for a Golden Retriever, and later in Spain, I cared for a Yorkshire Terrier. These experiences, together with years of owning dogs, leading dog hikes, and working professionally in dog daycare, have given me experience with many different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. She enjoys long walks with her dog friends and playing with her human brothers and sisters. Scrappy is a 14 year old Westie/ Bischon Frise mix who enjoys snuggles from his family and his bed. He is blind but navigates and acts like he can see. I did have a third fur baby that crossed the rainbow bridge last year as he lost his fight with cancer. My Brodie was a 13 year old Long Haired Chihuahua/ Papillon mix and in his younger years enjoyed playing nose soccer with his family. In his senior life he enjoyed snuggling up with his brother Scrappy most. My husband Craig and I are raising our 4 children ages 4-11. They have lived their entire lives with dogs. We are a family of dog lovers and cant wait to meet your fur babies. I have experience in caring for dogs ages ranging from puppy to senior. I also have experience administering oral medication. I can accommodate drop-in visits for dog walks and feedings and love doing drop-in visits for cats to ensure they get enough playtime and attention. NOTE: I board one pet at a time to ensure they get my 100% attention and love. I am certified in Pet CPR and First Aid. I have experience sitting for large dogs, small dogs, puppies, older dogs and lots of cats. I am also very comfortable giving pills to dogs and some shots for diabetic cats. As an experienced pet sitter, my priority for every pet is to make sure they are safe and totally pampered. I take great pride in sending adorable pictures and notes to clients to ensure they have real time updates to see their pets are happy and comfortable with me. I will walk dogs three times a day if needed and try to keep to their regular routines.
