“I had asked for the assistance of someone in such short notice after being called in on my day off, Amithyst was eager to help me and responded within time. I am so lucky and thankful for her services. She did a great job and took care of my little guy while I couldn't. I will definitely be a repeat customer of hers. Trustworthy and came at the times we had set up and sent picture updates and let me know how he was doing!”

About: Being a pet-sitter isn't just a way for me to make money. It's a way of life that aligns with who I am. I've always felt most at peace around animals. Growing up with pets they were more than just companions. They were part of the family. So the idea that I can combine that love for animals with something I do for work is truly fulfilling. I spent 10 beautiful, years with my partner in crime, a Great Dane named Padmé. Being a bigger dog, I feel confident handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Other than volunteering at the Young-Williams Animal Shelter where I've been trained in canine handling, this is my primary job. I am currently available Monday through Sunday starting as early as 6am until 8 pm. I am flexible and can work within your schedule. I provide a calm and quiet introduction to allow your pet to become acclimated to my presence. On walks, I allow pups ample time to sniff and explore their environment on the walk.

“Super great! Has worked with us and our dog's meds, and been absolutely incredible with working with the issues he's been having. Absolute life saver for when we can't be home with him all day.”

About: I’ve cared for all kinds of pets over the years. Friends, family, and even coworkers have counted on me to look after their animals when they’re away, and it’s something I genuinely love doing. Whether it’s going on walks, feeding, bathing, or just spending time with them, I always make sure they feel safe and cared for. I’m comfortable with basic training for cats and dogs, and I’ve given medications in all forms—from pills and liquids to ear and eye drops. Every pet is different, and I try to treat each one like they’re my own. While I do work full-time, I have a flexible schedule throughout the week that allows me to offer drop-in visits and walks at various times during the day. I make it a priority to build pet care into my routine, and I’m happy to coordinate timing that works best for you and your pet’s needs. When I care for pets in their own space, I prioritize consistency and comfort. I stick closely to your routines—walks, feeding, meds, crate time, or play. I keep the home tidy and respect your space as if it were my own. I’ll also keep you updated with regular check-ins, photos, and notes so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing.

About: I have been a foster dog parent in the past and a volunteer at Young Williams. I have experience with all kinds of different dogs! I am a part-time babysitter (of human babies), which means I am home a lot of the time and therefore have time to love on your (fur) babies. I do as much as I can to accommodate and make your dog comfortable. I do have senior-ish dogs of my own, so it is important to me that our pets get along. Chill dogs will work best for my environment. I typically will require a meet and greet between our dogs before I board!

About: I’ve been a life-long pet owner, caring for dogs, horses, cats, and even chickens! I have experience working with all kinds of dogs, from nervous rescues to seniors who need a bit more attention. I work part time at a dog grooming salon. I try to pick up jobs between part time hours or collage classes during the school year. I’m only strictly unavailable between 10 pm and 6 am. I am more than happy to adhere to any accommodations or requests from my clients for any service! I highly value respecting the client’s pet and property.

About: I have had pets in my house for my entire life. Throughout my life, I have cared for puppies, adult dogs, and elderly dogs, giving me a wide array of experience. I currently have 8 dogs that I absolutely love and cherish. In addition to my dogs, I also have 3 ferrets, a cat, a few fish, and 2 birds, but over the years I have had guinea pigs, hamsters, a rabbit, and a chinchilla. I have been walking my dogs since I was little, and during the summer I love (they do too!) taking them on a 6 mile trail walk. In addition to experience with dog walking and pet care, I also have experience with dogs with anxiety or medical issues such as hip dysplasia, cataracts, or cancers. In addition to all of my experience with my pets, I am constantly reading on animal behavior and the best care methods; I find it incredibly important to be as educated as I can be for any animals that I care for. I am a big time animal lover, and I believe that I can supply the care needed for your pets! I am in law school, but I am happy and more than willing to make any of the changes necessary to my schedule to accommodate you. Since I live in an apartment, I think that it will be best for both me and your pets to remain in your home. Of course, I will always be sure to follow your instructions while giving your dog the best care!

“Initially, I was anxious since it was my first time using Rover dog walking service. Kaylin was the first individual besides me that has walked Idris. She was very attentive to my baby’s needs. I’m still training my dog; and, she was happy to follow the “phases” I use when I’m with him. Consistent communication through texting and sending photos. From the photos she sent me, Idris was always smiling. She actually helped reassured me that my Idris is a social butterfly. Without a doubt, your dog will be in great, caring hands.”

About: I’m extremely patient and so loving! At college I’m not able to have dogs and sometimes I’m between foster cats so I start missing animals. I know how treasured and important they are to us and I will always show them love when you’re gone! I’m taking four classes from home this summer so I’m super flexible time wise. I can take a break from the work to come walk, or if I’m dog sitting I can do the work while being in their presence! I will only be caring for pets at your homes, but I take the time to make sure they feel safe and loved before walking them or before letting them out! And if I house sit them I make sure that I’m spending plenty of time with them because socialization is super important.

About: I grew up with dogs for the first 19 years of my life. I fed, bathed, walked, let out, groomed (not very pretty but functional), and gave medication to my family’s dogs. I then rescued my sweet kitty, who I have owned for three years. I am her only caretaker, so know everything necessary to care for a cat. I worked at a veterinary clinic for a summer so have truly seen it all when it comes to animal care. I worked as a dog walker for a summer as well, and assisted with grooming this dog as well as overall basic care. I have completed an undergraduate degree in animal studies and am continuing on to veterinary school, so I have tons of knowledge to put to good use! Overall, these qualifications make me an excellent caretaker for your loved ones! I am currently working a part time job, 10 hours a week, so I have more than enough time to hang out with your loved ones! I will begin vet school the third week of August. I will then be at school usually 8-12, and sometimes 8-5. I can return to your house during my lunch break around noon if needed. I care for the pets in a client’s home with a holistic approach. I ask specific questions to make sure I understand the animal’s needs and routine before or upon arriving. I want to fit into the animal’s life as an asset to their wellbeing, not as a stressor working against it. I read or listen carefully to instruction to make sure I am well equipped to go above and beyond in loving your pets. They will be my first priority during the time they are in my care, rest assured.

About: Ask me how you can save $20 on your first booking! -(New Rover Members only) With years of experience caring for all kinds of animals—from cats and dogs to guinea pigs, ferrets, rabbits, and more. I have a huge heart for all furry friends. I've welcomed so many pets into my home, from beloved companions to strays and rescues looking for love. Every animal deserves kindness and attention, and I take pride in creating a safe, cozy space for them. Whether it's snuggling with a dog, playing with a curious cat, or helping a shy pet feel safe, I treat every animal like family. Let me give your pet the same love and care I’ve shared with all the animals in my life! Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine. As an Equine-Assisted Psychotherapist (I get to work with people and animals at the same time, it truly doesn't get any better), I have the flexibility to work when I choose, which allows me to prioritize pet care and accommodate various schedules. This means I can give your pets the time and attention they need, whether it's daily visits, longer stays, or just making sure they're happy and comfortable throughout the day. I’ll make sure your pet feels comfortable and happy by maintaining their usual routine, whether that means sticking to specific feeding times, favorite toys, or daily walks. I take extra care to notice the details that matter to them—whether it’s a particular spot they love to nap in or their favorite way to play—so they feel secure and content in your absence. My goal is to make everything easy and stress-free for both you and your pet. By keeping things familiar and showering them with love, I’ll ensure your furry friend feels happy, safe, and well cared for.

“Kelli was so attentive with my pup! I really love how detailed her report cards are, and how caring she is to any potential problems. Really grateful for her flexibility in scheduling as well!”
