My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable and secure while giving you peace of mind through regular updates and photos. My schedule allows me plenty of time to provide attentive, personalized care for your pets. I am fully available Monday through Friday for walks, drop-in visits, boarding, and pet sitting. I can sit for your pets up to 7 days a week if needed. I make sure pets receive the attention, exercise, feeding, and affection they need. About: I have 15 years of experience with caring for dogs, cats, and amphibians! I’m not much of a human person, but I will make an undeniable connection with your pet. I make sure they are comfortable with me before doing anything else. I have experience with oral medications for your furry friend and other accommodations they may have. Pet care always comes first for me. I will wake up from sleep at any given moment if it means they need to go outside, be fed, or just a simple pat on the head. I want nothing but comfortability and care for you and your pet. I strive to make space and comfort for your animal. After all, they are more than that. I love a good game of tug o’ war, or whatever your pet has in store for that day. My favorite thing to do to connect with them is a good walk. It builds trust and connection. About: Hi! I’m Susan. I’m a graduate student at UT hoping to make a little extra money on the side. I love love doggos, treating them like humans. I've had a dog the majority of my life, starting with a Visla, mixed breed bulldog, and a black labrador retriever in our house when I was a child. I have owned two mixed american staffordshire terriers and a golden retriever myself. I've cared for them as puppies, through life, surgeries, and health, and at the end of life. I am gentle and let dogs interact with me on their terms. I am open to caring for all types of dogs. I would love to take care of your pups. I am a graduate student at the University of Tennessee, so my schedule is very flexible. I also don't get a lot of vacation time, so I'm usually in Knoxville. I can care for pets throughout the day, doing my lab work intermittently. I treat my client's home and pets with the utmost respect. I am there to do the job for which you hired me and nothing else, and you can count on me for it.

About: I have owned pets of all ages- from puppies to senior dogs. I grew up helping family friends care for shelter dogs prior to adoption including feeding, walking and playing with them. I am a student at the University of Tennessee working at the TRECS and taking classes this summer. Aside from school and work, my schedule is extremely flexible and I am willing to accommodate for whatever hours are needed. I always ensure that the home is in the same condition as when I first arrived. About: I work at an ER and specialty medicine clinic so have truly seen it all with dogs of all ages. I work primarily on an internal medicine team and often pick up ER shifts. I have finished my first year of veterinary school and will continue to my second year in the fall, so have all sorts of knowledge about your dog(s)! I grew up with dogs, and have worked as a dog sitter/caretaker for years. My roles have ranged from daily care to basic grooming. I worked as a dog walker for a summer as well, and assisted with grooming this dog in addition to overall basic care. Overall, these qualifications make me an excellent caretaker for your loved ones! I work 8 am-8 pm at a veterinary hospital Monday-Wednesday. Other than that, I got to church Sunday mornings. I’m free the rest of the time! I care for the pets in a client’s home with a holistic approach. I ask specific questions to make sure I understand the animal’s needs and routine before or upon arriving. I want to fit into the animal’s life as an asset to their wellbeing, not as a stressor working against it. I read or listen carefully to instruction to make sure I am well equipped to go above and beyond in loving your pets. They will be my first priority during the time they are in my care, rest assured.

About: I have 7+ years of pet care experience and work as a kennel assistant at a veterinary hospital when I’m not in school! I have the energy and patience your pet needs! I am currently a Pre-Veterinary student at UTK! I’m taking a gap year after I graduate and then hoping to become a small animal veterinarian. I currently work on a dairy farm which I absolutely love and I am walking part-time while I am taking classes! I only have one class on Tuesdays and Thursdays (4:05-5:20) so I have plenty of time to get outside and love to do so! My rescue dog is a senior now but still has that chihuahua energy! She can get aggressive with other members of my household so I’m definitely not phased by diffusing that situation. As long as you give her some love she is an angel! She has very few teeth left as well so I have to make her a little concoction of soft food for her meals. No food order is too much for me to take on! I have cared for dogs and cats of all different sizes and dispositions in my time at the veterinary hospital so you don’t need to worry!

Please reach out with your questions As a current dental student, I wake up early and can get your furry friends outside for a walk. I come home for lunch everyday at 12 and let them get some steps in. I’m back home for the night around 5pm and spend the rest of the night with them I have an accessible, pet-friendly apartment with no other animals. I can walk them around for all the sniffs and secure them back in my unit.

About: I've always been dedicated to my pets growing up, and loved to meet with other's pets. While I'm relatively new to professional pet care, I've watched my family and friends' pets since my youth! I'm dedicated to communicating with pet parents while I care for their pets to make sure they have the best experience possible. I have experience administering oral (dogs) and transdermal/ear medications (cats). My schedule is currently open and flexible! I am a recent UTK grad, and although I have completed my studies as a college student, I am continuing work on one of my projects, and most of my work is from the computer, and am also partaking in a field internship a couple days out of the week. I am taking a break from other forms of work, so I'm very available to help you with your petsitting needs. I am a morning person and would work well with 'early bird' pets, but can be flexible if a pet needs a late night let out, medication, or other attention during late night hours. I share my house with roommates and their pets, so I'd prefer to watch your pet in your home unless I've gotten to know and built trust with your pet over several visits. I enjoy spending quality time with pets, including time together on the couch watching a show, napping together, or going out for strolls or to the park to relax outside.

About: Outdoor enthusiast, runner, & a big fan of dogs. I’ve taken care of pets since before I can remember. I just adopted a new puppy a year and a half ago and was refreshed on what they need in their younger years. Would love to meet more furry buddies & can’t wait to love yours! I am currently taking a work hiatus the next few months, so I’m as free as a bird to spend the most time with your pups! Happy to keep pets in their safest environments, ie fenced yard or crate. If you want them out and about, I am extremely cognizant of reactive dogs and will be happy to take them for nice long walks :)
