Since I was a kid, I've been an avid animal lover of all creatures big and small. I've fostered, rehabilitated, and cared for countless animals (pets & wildlife) with a focus of kindness and respect first and foremost. I have hands-on experience with agression, reactivity, separation anxiety, high-energy, and sick/poor health. I currently have 2 dogs in my care (7 & 6) that I rescued as puppies and they've traveled with me all over the southeast. Our favorite activities are exploring in the woods and seeing who is the muddiest at the end of each adventure. I'm very intentional about creating a space for animals to exist as they naturally do, it's a wonder to see how each animal navigates the world and to see their unique personalities shine.

I am very adamant on making sure your pet receives the same care and routine they are accustomed to. I have experience in a wide arrange of personalities and have personal experience in dogs that need special care and attention with behavior. I do hands-on training with my dogs daily to work on their behavior (one of them is very leash/dog reactive) I have experience is caring for animals with heath needs and stubborn behavior, from administering oral medicine to grooming/nail trimming.

Oh, my pups were just so happy to see Jessi, and my younger dog who always barks with new people, did not bark at all! Jessi was very kind and had a calm demeanor with my senior pup and my anxious pup:) I will definitely request their help again!

Schedule
I'm currently between jobs, working self-employed gigs here and there, leaving my schedule flexible and open to last-minute care for your pets! I keep my calendar updated daily to ensure accurate availability and give priority to return clients.

- Let me know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors that would be important factors to the care administered to them. Do they have any medication/health requirements? How do walks typically go and are there any important triggers/factors to be aware of? How do they enjoy play? What ways do you stimulate them mentally? What ways do they recieve/show affection? Do they have any fun/cute personality quirks? For drop-in visits and house sitting (and even walks), it's very helpful to have a printed or written down detailed notes of their care and routine along with contact info!
